3* studio apartment for rent, ideal for 2 to 3 persons, is located in the heart of Zagreb in Cvjetka Rubetica street, near the Salata Sport and Recreation Center (for tennis, handball, outdoor swimming pool, fitness,..). The apartment lies on the top of Schlosser's stairs and it is a short walk from the Zagreb Cathedral and the main Josip Jelacic Square. The apartment (28 m2) has all you need for a pleasant stay during your business or tourist trip: a living room and a bedroom combined into a single unit, a fully fitted kitchen. A parking space in the yard. WiFi flat rate Internet included in the price.

Apartment is in the private house located in the city center. There is small shopping canter (Importane) in Vlaška street (3 min walk). Next door is traditional Croatian restorant "Pero". Pizza restoran "Karijola" and new open restorant "Mali bar" open by famous croatian lady chef are just a 50 stairs away.There is also a wine bar with very special offer of Croatian and world wines. You even do not need a taxi to get back to the apartment Manda. There are few bakeries near by and there is grocery store on the corner of Draškovićeva and Vlaška what is only stairs away from our Apartment.
We are located next door to Sport and recreation centar Šalata (tennis, basketbool, football, handball, gym, ice scating,...).

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights in total. We found the apartment to be very clean, had everything we needed, lots of clean towels, self catering with fridge etc. Location was fantastic as you just go to the bottom of the stairs and you are in the City Centre.

There was no heat/power when we arrived - of course that was not in their control. The apartment was freezing at night - it was preset by the Landlord - this should be in renters control. Shower drain was very slow - partially plugged. Ran out of toilet paper - took 1/2 hour to get that. Location to main square was down 100+ stairs. Although well lit - there were about 6 lights not working. Apartment was clean.

My family stayed in Studio apartment Manda for 2 nights. The Studio is very clean and relaxing. My kids have enough space to play inside the room and outside.
Excellent location: very peaceful area and a few minutes from the touristic town. The room was very clean and comfortable. The Brzica family was very friendly and helpful.
In short: If you are looking for a great in Zagreb, Apartment Manda is a perfect option.

Charming, relaxing and clean studio, with all needed amenities.
Perfect location, out of the noisy and touristic town center and surrounding areas.
A must for car drivers, with private car park (included in the price).
Next door to the left, great stairs down to the city center.
Next door to the right, typical croatian restaurant.
The Brzica family was very helpful, before our stay, on the spot, and even remotely by phone !!

Sehr schönes apartment. Sauber, moderne Möbel, Küche vollständig eingerichtet. Fernseher etwas klein aber dennoch gut.
Es war alls sauber.
Die Vermieter waren sehr nett.

We spent 4 wonderful days in this apartment. It had everything we needed as young family (small baby) and it was very comfortable. We searched for a clean, modern and familiar place and found it here. New kitchen, a clean bathroom with washing machine, wonderful bed. The apartment is next to the city center (10min walk) but is still in a very calm neighbourhood. Family Brzica was always very helpful and friendly. We are looking forward to visit Zagreb again now that we know where we can stay.
