Description

This fully furnished 80m2 apartment is located in a pedestrian zone on the 3rd floor in the very inner city of Zagreb, only a minute (150 meters) away from the main city square. Due to its .central position it offers a great deal of shops, restaurants, bars, historical viewings and public transportation within walking distance. The apartment is suitable for both leisure and business trips.

This apartment has been renovated recently and consists of a big living room (~30 m2), a big bedroom (around ~25m2), bathroom, separate toilet, washroom and a kitchen. It is equipped with the following:

- Free WI FI internet access

- Central heating

- Air condition in the living room

- A double bed

- 2 bed-sofas (size: 140*200 and 90*200) in the living room, one of the sofas having a mattress

- Dining table in the living room

- 42’ Plasma TV (cable TV)

- Washing machine

- Fully equipped kitchen (i.e. Dish washer, microwave, oven, etc.)

- Alarm system

The central train and central bus station are only a few stops away by tram. If you are coming by car, there is a garage (Langov Trg) only a few minutes away from the apartment. The costs of the garage are as follows:

- 24 hours – 60 kuna (~8 euros)

- 1 week – 250 kuna (~ 33 euros)

If you are coming by car please let me know in advance. The required garage ticket will be organized for you and you will be subsidized with 50% of the garage costs.

“Tired legs, so many POI in the city.”

The location is amazing - the busy city is at your doorstep! Time travel to the old dimension in this apartment. Food from restaurants and Croatia's customs fast food was delicious.
