The villa was very nice and homely, all the essentials you need. Great swimming pool and views from balcony. All the help we needed was available, we would definitely return. The bedrooms was very spacious, and the jacuzzi bath was very relaxing. All round very good trip.

This is not just the place you want to spend your holidays in. It is the kind of place you wish to own and spend your life in. Traditional villa all made of local stone and wood, surrounded by olive trees and cypresses, with lovely sea view from the balcony. Spacious and cozy bedrooms, tastefully decorated. All the commodities, including jakuzzi bathtub, and a beautiful courtyard with dining space and private swimming pool, perfect for relaxing. The villa is located in an incredibly quiet location, but still within a five minutes drive from Zakyntos town, with a broad offer of restaurants, taverns, pubs, and nightclubs. I think the best idea is to rent a car and explore the whole island, discovering all the amazing beaches it has to offer: Gerakas, Marathia, Marathonisi, Makrys Gialos... Me and my couple spent a wonderful week in this villa, and we totally recommend this place to everyone. By the way, the owners are kind, friendly, and helpful. Thank you very much for the perfect stay.

The villa is located in a perfect rural position between Tsilivi and Zante main town. This means that you can enjoy easily (5 min driving) the bars, cafe & restaurants that they offer without having to suffer from the noise that they come with (especially in august). Located almost on the top of the hill has some big advantages too. First one is the sea views from the first floor balcony and second one is the constant breeze that keeps you cool all day long.
In terms of facilities, the villa has everything you can possible need, washing machine, hairdryer, microwave, dish washer, wifi etc etc. Petros also kindly provided a travel cot and high chair for my nine months old baby. The swimming pool was great for my 10 year old boy and just five steps away form the patio door.
Petros & Panos were very kind and keen to offer help and advice for the places that you should visit/avoid.

We stayed in Parrys Villas in July 2012 2 adults and our baby 12 months old. The place is perfect the kitchen facilities for preparing meals for the little one were excellent and the whole villa had all amenitites needed. People very friendly and helpful we had a very nice time we are defielntly going back again in the future.

We stayed here as a family of four, with 2 young children, in June 2012. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, on hand when you needed them but unobtrusive. The villa was clean, spacious and fully equipped for a family's needs. Air con worked well, as did washing machine. Comfy beds. Lovely outside space and fantastic pool which was regularly cleaned. Surrounded by fruit trees which we were encouraged to pick and enjoy. You can't beat fresh apricots from those trees! Free Wi-Fi but if you want to watch TV, take Dvds as the choice on channels is v. limited and greek only. The villa was slightly off the beaten track, but easy to get to once you've found it. It was in a great part of the island - 5 minutes drive from bustling and charming Zakynthos town, yet very Greek and away from all the busy resort areas. A wide choice of lovely restaurants in easy reach too. We hired a car and explored the whole beautiful island which I would encourage anyone to do. Means you have access to the best beaches too, our favourite was Gerakas, amazing!

Had a great time at Parys Villas with my family. The place is wonderful for families with children - the pool is a gem and the house is fully equipped for self catering.
