Description from the owner
Newly built in 2008 this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa of over 2,200 square foot is situated in it's own grounds on a hillside overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea in Southern Italy. The area is famed for it's long, sparkling white, sandy beaches and the old Calabrian town of Tropea, where the food and the people offer a very warm welcome.
The ample balcony provides an ideal location for relaxing over dinner whilst looking out to the active volcanic island of Stomboli.
The villa is extremely well equipped, with a fully fitted kitchen with dining area, and a separate living area on the lower floor. There is air conditioning throughout.

The villa is located in a small comune of 4 properties on the side of a hill overlooking the beach below and the Tyrrhenian sea. The immediate area has a diverse range of beaches, including some secluded ones, which remain empty even in August. Full parking facilities both at the villa and next to the beach.
