OUR PRIVATE VILLA **** is in the last preserved natural area in north east coast, just facing Mnemba Island and Marine Park. Big hotels, resorts, package tours and noisy places are far away.The villa is not to be shared with anybody.
YOU STAY RIGHT AT THE BEACH, in a 1 hectare coconut plantation, closer to the ocean is not possible.
KITE SURF IS NOT POSSIBLE.
There is no road and no wall between you and the sea and no beach touts harassing you with souvenirs.
SPACE IS LUXURY: we build only ONE large villa of 300 m² and ONE fishermen bungalow to be rented separately. No traffic, no noise, no engine to cover the silence of the nature. A DETOX PARADISE.
Sea breeze, sand, blue sea, pristine white beach and birds, diving in Mnemba Marine Park just in front of you., countryside walks, etc
