Description
This bright and cozy apartment is located in the municipality of Zempin - the smallest seaside resort on the island of Usedom - only a 2-minute walk from the Baltic Sea and the fine sand beach. It offers a quiet location as well as great opportunities for hiking and cycling, so that guests can explore the beautiful island of Usedom.
The apartment is located on the top floor of the holiday home of the "Villa Waldblick" - a house with two two-room apartments. There is a cozy living area with sofas and a large flat-screen TV. The guests of the apartment have a south-facing balcony with garden furniture and sunshade.
The entire apartment is provided with underfloor heating. All windows are fitted both with insect screens and with blackout blinds. Meals can be prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. There is also a communal terrace where guests can barbecue and relax. The apartments have free parking.
Restaurants are in the immediate area and in the village with shops (post office), baker, hairdresser, doctor's office, bicycle hire, train station and bus stop, which is about 15 minutes walk from the apartment.
