Great location for a quiet family weekend at the beach w/ all am

Short walk to the beach w/ BBQ area was great w/ toddlers, and the house is simple but well equipped. Single full bathroom is a little challenging if more than one large or two small families are staying.

We found the house to be a good fit for our family. The sleeping arrangements worked just right to accomodate everyones needs, the kitchen is very efficient and common areas spacious. The location is perfect and we especially enjoyed the proximity to the beach. The shower situation leaves a lot to be desired with two tiny side-by-side stalls which left no escape from water aimed directly at one's face for the average sized individual.

The house was perfect for our family. Kitchen great for all my kids who love to cook. Plenty of room inside and out on either the front porch or back patio. There were 12 of us. Eight adults and 4 kids. Each family had their own room. The living room was big enough for us all to sit at one time. The dining room was perfect for sit down dinners. The lake was within walking distance and kept clean and beautiful by the caretaker. The weather could not have been better and we rented jet ski's on two occasions. The house was located close to shopping and downtown Zepher Cove. A terrific Italian restaurant within walking distance of the house.
Our family is looking forward to going back next summer. Two quote the grand kids, "It is awesome"

Property was nice but noisy neighbor

The property was as described and nice. Very convenient walk to private beach. Also near grocery stores and other shopping. There is a neighbor with very noisy exotic cars who would rev the cars up at late night and early morning and disturb everyone.

Service from the rental agency was very on point and friendly. They had quick response time and a very friendly attitude. The home was very cozy and the neighborhood was nice to walk around. Especially enjoyed the neighborhood's private beach. My favorite amenity of the home was how well stocked the kitchen was with all the cooking utensils and serving ware. When looking for a cabin for the weekend, I mainly focused on the kitchen and dining area since I wanted to have nice family-style dinners with the group. I had very successful meals and there was plenty of room to move about in the kitchen with two people cooking and prepping. And there was room for others to sit and chat with the cooks in the kitchen as well.
Overall, everyone had a wonderful time and the kitchen and dining room really just made it for me.
The biggest con was the parking situation. The parking area was a dirt hill and it was a little hard to get good traction to get up the hill.

Cute house, great location, back patio cobblestone not in good repair difficult for grandma - also outdoor chairs were not stable. Front walkway to house not stable. Kitchen, dining, living, bedrooms fine - advertised 2 showers - actually were back to back and so small my son (6ft) had to put leg outside of stall to bend over to wash - 1 comfortable shower would have been much preferred, even with 6 staying there.
Great fun in the sun.

Great place for a family vacation. Swimming, kayaking, hiking, boating, biking all nearby. Weather was wonderful. Housekeeping could have been better. No dishtowels, only 2 washcloths. Small spiders and area rugs needed cleaning. No info provided about garbage.Upstairs got warm, suggest a fan.
