Chalet Heidi is located in the heart of Zermatt, between the church and the school, close to the main shopping street. South facing, it overlooks a rushing mountain torrent and a jumble of village roofs with the mountains above. There are sunbathed wooden balconies on all sides. It is the perfect hideaway, with the best of all worlds: both old and new.

le gérant Mountain Exposure est très attentionné avec les clients avec un service de concierge, transfert depuis la gare, , produits d'accueil à l'arrivée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour dîner si arrivée tardive.un trés bel appartement spacieux de 130m2 pour 6 personnes avec 3chambres et 3 sdb au 1er étage d'un petit chalet de 3 étages.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est très joliment décoré et rénovée en vieux bois.Table de salle à manger splendide.
à déconseiller à des personnes trop grandes car l'appartement qui ressemble à un vrai refuge de luxe est plutôt bas de plafond.
une master bedroom avec grand lit et salle de bain spacieuse avec douche. 1 chambre enfants avec 2 lits simples et sdb séparée. 1 chambre double toute petite mais avec un grande salle de bain avec baignoire d'angle.Trés bons éclairages qui mettent les pièces en valeur.
les chambres sont petites mais confortables, la cuisine et la salle de séjour sont splendides et très bien équipées, balcons mais très peu de vue car en plein centre de Zermatt à 200m seulement de la place de l'église et de la mairie.
Malheureusement les parties communes du chalet ne sont pas à la hauteur. Pas mal de bruit avec le voisin du dessus qui doit avoir des enfants, le plus désagréable est le linge qui pend souvent depuis le balcon du dessus, très inhabituel en Suisse! à corriger d'urgence.
le chalet est très agréable à vivre et proche à pieds de toutes les attractions de Zermatt. -

I stayed at Chalet Heidi during a ski weekend with friends in early December 2010. The place was great.
We were 6 people all together and the place was very comfortable: three bedrooms, 2 with large doiuble/king beds and one with two singles. For once, a ski place that sleeps the number they say without pull-out beds in the living room or trunde beds in the kitchen.
The bathrooms and kitchens are as iif brand new. Underfloor heating (warm stone floors in the bathrooms) and thremostats in each room were a treat on one of the coldest weekendes I have ever been in the alps (-15 to -20). There were clean white fluffy bathrobes for everyone in addition to the usual towels. The furniture is new and the decor is cozy alpine chic - as pictured.
Its located 50 meters from the main church square which is an easy walk to most of Zermatt and the bottom of the ski hills.
Was there a drawback? None really - the upstairs neighboor had some small children that were up early playing. But sleeping in is not an option on a ski weekend is it? -

I spend 3 days there for the opening of the ski season.
Great chalet very convenient for enjoying restaurant and nighlife as it is in the centre of the village close to the church.
It is also close to various slopes.
Great living room with a chimney, nice kitchen.
3 nice bedrooms (2 with private bath). The other room is a litlle bit too small for 2 adults.
The chimney is great if you want to get warm and we had the surprise to find a breakfast the first morning when we wake up.
