Chalet Pollux is a luxurious free standing three storey independent chalet with 4 bedrooms, large enough for groups of 8 guests each. All the beds can be configured as doubles or twins. Its location provides the best of both worlds: spectacular views and easy access.

One of our three unique - and until now impossible - Zermatt residences (our Chalet Gemini and Chalet Castor being the others):Side by side, tucked against a beautiful hillside, the numerous balconies and large terraces give you bird's eye views of the village and the surrounding mountains, encompassing all three of Zermatt's ski areas. Yet access is easy: 200m from the Matterhorn Express base lift station.

The chalet has been tastefully decorated under the supervision of Mountain Exposure, delicately combining an alpine, cozy and contemporary finish, with liberal use of wood and stone. It has all the latest technology with flat-screen TVs, more than a hundred satellite channels, fireplace and geothermal heating to reduce the chalet's carbon foot-print as much as possible.

The chalet enjoy the use of their own unique private outdoor hot-tub surrounded by snow (in the winter) perfect to relax and enjoy the view (or the stars') after a long day in the mountains. The chalet is bathed in sun as soon as it emerges.

Shared laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer available.

Pollux is a rare gem; a large freestanding chalet in Zermatt which has been conceived to meet our clients' needs and wishes to the fullest possible extent.

Chalet Pollux can be rented with or without Chalet staff.

Included in our prices the Mountain Exposure concierge services:

- ARRIVAL: meeting you on arrival for your chalet holiday

- TRANSFERS: arranging airport pick ups by taxi, minibus or helicopter and advising on other travel arrangements

- RESORT CARE: daily chalet visits (unless you specify otherwise) to provide advice and useful tips, and a duty manager available at all times during your holiday

- SKI RENTAL: assisting you in obtaining ski rental

- LIFT PASSES: having your lift passes ready for you in advance

How do damage deposits work?

If Mountain Exposure (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
