Solid Chalet style house, not luxurious but very pleasant and comfortable. Very quiet and sunny with great Matterhorn view. Ideal location: close to lifts, skibus, train station and Gornergrat railway and all the same peaceful and quiet.
Zermatt offers all you need for a perfect holiday in the mountains: A wonderful area for relaxation, walking, hiking, climbing. Spectacular scenery in the mountains. Tennis courts in the village, a 9 hole golf course within easy reach by taxi (4km, 15 minutes approx.)

Please contact us for exact rates. It also depends if you would like to rent the whole apartement or just a part of it and on how many persons you are.Possible from 3 to 7. In winter we have high and low season periods. Very interesting offers in the summer season.

A very big, quiet top floor apartment with stunning views of the Matterhorn and a balcony with sun loungers. We were a family of 5, but there was enormous amounts of space, with three WCs and 2 separate bathrooms. 3 Large bedrooms and comfortable beds.
Theresia and the team at the nearby Hotel Parnass, who own the flat, were really helpful with plenty of local tips. One of their electric cars picked us up at the station and took us with our bags to the flat.
Highly recommended. -

Wir haben mit Freunden bereits mehrere Male unseren Winter und Sommer Urlaub im Tuscolo verbracht. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen; wenige Gehminuten von der Sunnegga & Gornergrat Bahn, Bus, Bahnhof und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt.
Die rustikale Dachwohnung ist mit allem eingerichtet, was es für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Sie ist komfortabel und gemütlich mit grossflächigem
Wohn-/Ess-/Küchenbereich. Die grandiose freie Sicht aufs Matterhorn vom auf Süden ausgerichteten Balkon ist dann auch noch das Tüpfelchen auf dem „i“.
Wir können die Dachwohnung für einen erholsamen aufenthalt in Zermatt sehr empfehlen.

VichFirst experience in Zermatt

Our family spent a week at Haus Tuscolo and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The chalet is very comfortable with one spacious en suite room, and two other rooms each sleeping three people with a second bathroom and a third toilet with space for drying clothes. The dining room and lounge are very well suited for a large family or group of friends and well equipped with large TV, dvd player, music player and even a fondu machine. We were pleasantly surprised to find dry goods from the previous visitors had been left in the cupboards so we didn't have to buy sugar, salt, tea, coffee or other bits and pieces. We did need to buy a few foil trays and bits for the kitchen but only because we were cooking full course meals and baking. There was no beater, no microwave and not enough dishes to go in the oven if you're making complicated meals. However there was a hair dryer in the room and everything else met our needs. When we arrived we were met by very friendly staff who carried all of our luggage to the rooms. The three flights of stairs could be tiring for some but the stunning views from the apartment made up for it and relative to Zermatt we were in a good location - just 5 minutes walk to the two main ski trains Gornegratt and Sunnega and the shops and near to some good bars for live music including the SnowBoat and Papperla. We would definitely recommend this cosy chalet, but we hope others get to go when the snow conditions aren't the worst they have been in 16 years! We hear normally the snow is lush and on our one day of sun we would agree.

I and my friends stayed for a short vacation in October 2010 ,excellent location especially great view of Matterhorn, we can walk to the shopping and bar area for couples minutes,staff was very helpful, nice and very clean room ,we can cook here ,It was very fun and happy here!!,I recommended
