Solid chalet style house, not luxurious but very pleasant and comfortable. Very quiet, sunny and comfortable. Ideal location: close to lifts, skibus, train station and Gornergrat railway and all the same peaceful and quiet.
Zermatt offers all you need for a perfect holiday in the mountains: A wonderful area for relaxtion, walking, hiking, climbing. Spectacular scenery in the mountains. Tennis cours in the village, a 9 hole gold course within easy reach by taxi (4km, approx. 15 min drive).
Ground floor 1-room apartment for 2 - 3 persons, 40 m2. Patio in the green.

We enjoyed our stay at Tuscolo B. The check-in process at Hotel Parnass was convenient and the staff at the hotel were helpful when we needed anything.
The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our week in Zermatt. It had a well-stocked kitchen so that we were able to cook most of our meals ourselves. There's a coin-operated washer and dryer in the building which came in handy. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was quiet, so we slept well there.
Although the apartment itself didn't have wifi, we were able to enjoy free wifi at the hotel, a short 10 minute walk away.
The location of the apartment was good, quiet, yet almost everything was within a 10 minute walk - two of the lifts (Rothorn and Gornergrat; the Klein Matterhorn lift is more like 15-20 minutes), the train station, shopping.

As the description on the vacation rental indicates - this is not a luxury rental. This is a
3-star accommodation with a 5-star experience. We stayed there for 8 days over X-mas and had an excellent time.
Location, location, location. It's excellent. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the Sunnega ski-lift Station and the hotel Parnass. It's about equ-distant to the railroad station and the center of main street.
Quiet!! I relish this on vacation.
Service! Ofter one sacrifices service when staying at a vacation rental. We ran out of some things and had many questions. The staff at the Hotel Parnass was fantastic!
Theresia, Agnieszka, Bridgette at the Hotel Parnass were fantastic. When we needed things they were there to help.
Zermatt is expensive. Being able to cook in our kitchenette and splurge for a fancy dinner is a great.
The studio was very clean. It's very well stocked with the essentials. We did need extra towels and some other things but the staff at Parnass was eager to satisify us.

I have been many times now in Zermatt, but Tuscolo was the best choice ever. The view on the Matterhon from the balcony is very nice. The rooms are comfortabel and clean. Value: very good! Not too far away from the center (5-10min walking) and quite. We just loved it and will come back!
