This apartment is situated right in the centre of the village just 2 minutes from the train station, Gornergrat train station and ski bus.

This 1 st floor apartment is 100m² and comprises of 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin), 2 bathrooms (1 with massage/steam shower), both with hairdryers and an open living and dining area, The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, There is cable TV/DVD and free wireless internet connection.

  I had a good feeling about this place when booking because ashley was super nice to work with. Upon arrival, she met us at the train station, helped us get acquainted with the town of Zermott, suggested some walking trails, and gave us a list of recommended restaurants which we found to be just perfect. The apartment is beautiful. It is spotless, modern, well appointed, and incredibly spacious for four people. Beds a comfortable. Plenty of storage. Perfect if you have allegies and need a very clean place. Everything is functional if not luxurious. The location is perfect, just across from the train station along the main downtown area but without much noise. Shutting the windows block all of the street noise if there is any, so this is not an issue. Free wifi that works consistently without any interruption. Upon ashley's recommendation, we enjoyed picking up food from the co-op grocery store just inside of the building. Super convenient and high quality products at reasonable prices. Plenty of breakfast options to take out and enjoy in the apartment. We love this apartment and are now anxious to return in the wintertime! We give it our highest recommendation.

  Unforgettable stay

  We booked Haus Viktoria for 6D5N in early Dec. The apartment was very neat & clean, as good as our home! Ms ashley Wyss, the owner, is very attentive to details - whatever you need in a home, it is available in the apartment. Thus, we had stayed very comfortably for that 6 days, and looking forward to going back to Zermatt & Haus Viktoria one day. The apartment is located just above a block of retail stores. One of them, is a supermarket, which opens daily. Hence, you can always pop by to get some grocery or a can of coke before going up to the apartment. Our apartment was at 2nd level. There is a lift, however it is just big enough to accommodate 2 adults.
  Looking out of the window in the living room, was a flat ground, covered with pebbles and a few small domes - these are the lightings for the retail stores below. And the ground, is in fact the flat rooftop of the retail stores. After it snowed on our 2nd day of stay, the pebbles were buried in the snow and the ground turned white! My children were having great fun building snow castles at the balcony while I was cooking lunch. The rooms were warm in the winter nights. As for cooking, the usual condiments were provided. And the apartment has ariston cooker, microwave oven & baking oven, for you to cook up a storm for a nice hearty dinner with family. Free wi-fi in the apartment, and iphone charger was provided. No washing machine in the apartment. There is a laundry shop at ground level.
  The train station is just a 3mins walk in front of the apartment block. The Gornergrat Bahn is on the right side of the apartment block. Nearby, is the horse-carriage pick-up point. Behind the apartment block, about 5mins walk, is the ice-skating rink.
  Most important of all, Ms ashley Wyss provides great customer service, even before we have stayed in her apartment.

  My husband and I stayed at the Viktoria for 3 nights and it was delightful. It was our first time to Zermatt and we were very pleased. It's situated right near the train station and also the Gornergrat which made for very little lugging of our ski gear around. Usually if you were to tell me that an accommodation is located near the train station I would decline. But the apartment was spotless, convenient, quiet and also has a wonderful steam shower. Everything in Zermatt can be accessed on foot or if you want by electric bus or taxi. But the Viktoria's location is perfect for everything you need from rentals to groceries. We hope to go back soon.

  Zermatt was just as magical as we had remembered it.

  Haus Viktoria provides an excellent location for both skiers and non-skiers alike. Travel to the ski areas was so easy and the village was so accessible. Beating the queues for our daily shop at the Co-op was fantastic..the appartment's position made self catering so much easier. The 2 large bedrooms provided excellent accomodation for 2 adults and for 3 big teenagers. The bathrooms were modern and spotless. The kitchen was well equipped and in a good position so the cook did not miss out on any of the apres ski run down!

  Once again you provided a fantastic service and superb accommodation for our visit to Zermatt. This year we stayed in apartment Victoria and were delighted with the whole experience. The apartment was immaculate and really quiet considering it's right in the town!
  Your help and attention to detail again exceeded all expectations.
  I would recommend anyone thinking of visting Zermatt putting "Zermatt Vacations" at the top of their list!
  Being so close to the mountain station was a big bonus. The appartment was lovely and spotlessly clean and had everything we were looking for. The steam shower was excellent! Hopefully we will visit again soon.
