I hate to give a good review because everyone will want to go and it may not be available for us, however ann was so sweet and easy to work with that I have to give her the highest rating. The location was perfect, though not on the beach was perfect for us. We have already made are plans for 2011.

All our dealings with Ann prior to our trip were easy and efficient, making our arrival extremely pleasant. The condo is well equipped on every level, the beds comfortable, kitchen well fitted, and plenty of hot water. The decor and ambience of the condo is lovely and very "Mexican" in feeling. It is in a safe and easy neighbourhood with wonderful restaurants and close to the market. There is easy access to the beaches and the town of Zihuatanejo.

I spent 5 weeks of heavenly bliss in this condo and surrounding town and beaches. Tranquil sums it up! The condo is comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The beds are exceptionally comfortable! The pool areas are inviting and the water is always warm. I spent alot of my time outside on the terrace of the condo -- a perfect place to eat and relax. I can't wait to return!

What a great find. Lucky for us, we were able to take advantage of a last minute cancellation. It was perfect for our family with teenage daughters. While not on the beach, we enjoyed the lovely, tranquil environment, a short walk to town, taxis outside the front door, the friendliness of repeat long term guests. Loved the decor and the easy to use mod cons. The lanai was where we spent lots of time, shaded, perfect place to nap and where we ate all of our meals, played cards and drank margaritas till the wee hours. I would definately stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at ann's 2 bedroom condo. It was very comfortable for 2 couples, in a very peaceful complex with a nice pool, 5 minutes from the beach (up and over a steep hill), close to good resteaurants (and Monica's cooking classes), and a short walk to the main part of town. We really enjoyed our stay in Zihuatanejo, in large part because of the great location of this condo. It is a 10 minute walk from El Centro and a five minute walk to Playa la Madera. There are fabulous, affordable restaurants right in the neighborhood. The development is quiet and private, with two swimming pools and nice landscaping. Taxis to anywhere in town were very cheap, so no rental car is needed. The condo itself is nicely decorated and has two master bedrooms with ensuite baths. The lanei is also private and ideal for quiet meals and restful siestas. Since the condo is a middle, lower unit, it is dark, but it didn't matter much since we were outside most of the time anyway.
