This lovely condo is aptly name for its unobstructed "good view of the sea" through the open shutters of the living/.dining room. You can also gaze at the ocean and listen to the waves from the comfortable queen-size bed or the complete kitchen. This unit is in a secure building with a lovely pool. Overlooking Playa Madera and a 10 minute walk into downtown Zihuatanejo. It's convenient to the beach, the town and lots of delicious restaurants.

Great for independent travellers who prefer a condo over a hotel giving them the opportunity to cook the local foods and meet the wonderful people who live in this lovely fishing village. Z...ihuatanejo is situated in a beautiful bay on the Pacific coast between Acapulco and Puerta Vallerta. Stroll along the Paseo and cobblestone streets, go shopping, visit the mercado and enjoy the flavors of Mexico. Dine in fine gourmet restaurants or excellent sea food restaurants along the beach and under the stars. Enjoy water sports or just relax! You will want to return......everyone does and they love it more and more each year. As the Owner, I am a long time Zihua visitor who finally realized my dream of having a vacation home here. I live in the Bay Area, work as a Facilities & Property Consultant. When not in residence in Zihua, I am delighted to share it with visitors who will appreciate its tranquility and fantastic view of beautiful Zihua Bay as it opens to the sea. Located in lovely Playa Madera area of Zihuatanejo. Overlooking the beach, lots of restaurants on Calle Adelita down the hill. A 10 minute stroll into town along the Paseo. You can enjoy our onsite pool or a 2 minute walk down to the beach. Street parking, abundant taxis or local buses run frequently and are very inexpensive. A wonderful neighborhood......go get some fresh squeezed orange or grapefruit juice from Isabel on Adelita.......great way to start the day. Then it's all of up to you. Just go exploring the town and la playa for rest and relaxation. Take a walk to La Ropa and enjoy the view along the way. You won't be bored unless you want to be......your choice on a stressless vacation. Bien Viaje!!

The added rate is $15 for an additional 3rd person in the condo. Depending on the time of year, I am open to discussing discounts in rates for stays over one week.

  The advertisement for this suite is very much misrepresented , a lot of the amenities are non existing . This suite is in dire need of an upgrade . If we hadn,t paid in full in advance , we would not have stayed . Definatly will not rent Vrbo again without having inspected it first .

  Apologies if Alex L. felt my condo was misrepresented. I am not sure what amenities he felt were lacking, except for Internet. The pricing was fair, especially for a condo that has a great view and pool on site with a 2 minute walk to the beach the montly rate is reduced substantially for that length of stay. As far as upgrading my condo it is not new and was not represented as being renovated or new. It is overlooking the ocean and Alex L did enjoy the view. I have guests that come back every year and love staying there. This is not a hotel and amenities that are usually offered in hotels for convenience and usually higher fees are not something I can offer as an Owner. The photos posted on FlipKey are exactly what the condo looks like including the amazing view.
