All reservations must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to the date of the reservation. The client must pay 50% in advance at the time of the reservation. The other 50% must be paid at the time of arrival. A guarantee (damage) deposit is also required & will be returned after a walk thru at the time of departure.

My husband and I have stayed at azure twice now- and we will definitely go back! The villa is located a bit off the beaten path, approximately 20 steps from a beautiful, almost private white sand beach. Gorgeous ocean views from all 3 bedrooms! The villa is equipped with all basic amenities, and the staff is very helpful if you need anything. Local restraunts are within walking distance, but I do recommend renting a car. It's fun to go into Zihuat and Ixtapa, but nothing better than arriving back to your peaceful, quiet, private villa and taking a dip in the gorgeous infinity pool that also overlooks the Pacific!

My family spent Christmas and New Year's 2012/2013 at the villa. We loved the fact that the beach was right out our door and the pool was just as close. The people that work at the villa complex were friendly and helpful. They were patient with our broken spanish! It is a short drive into Zihuatanejo but we found a taxi driver that we hired for the week. We found a nice restaurant a 10 minute walk down the beach. We will go back!

This condo is right on the beach and has gorgeous views of the beach from all 3 bedrooms, the living room, the patio, and the infinity pool in the common area. We enjoyed watching the dolphins, the birds, the fishermen with their nets, the surf breaking on the shore, and of course the sunsets. There are several beachside restaurants nearby. We rented a car because this location is slightly off the beaten path. We wanted the flexibility to take excursions in the area without having to arrange taxi services. The staff at the complex were helpful but not intrusive. If you want to share a 10 mile beach with a handful of people, come here. If you want to share a 2 mile beach with several thousand people, go to Ixtapa!

Our time thre was everything we hoped for and more. Beautiful location, right n the beach. Quiet, relaxing, peaceful.Staff was freindly and outgoing. They made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Great restaurants close by. Didn't want to leave when our time was up. Will be going again next year.

We stayed at azure Villa and experienced a very positive vacation. The actual villa was beautiful and decorated with many items from the local area. The best part is that it is directly on the beach/ocean with great privacy. The personnel were friendly and the overall reservation communication was great! We will definitely return for another time of whale, dolphin, and bird watching from the terrace. It was amazing.

Hi Heather,
I am writing to give you a brief feedback on our two week's vacation. We arrived safely back in Mexico City today. We spent two very relaxing weeks in Zihuatanejo. You didn't promise too much, the location of your villa is really beautiful. We believe that not many locations compare to your villa at Playa Blanca. The fact that the location is very quiet didn't bother us at all, on the contrary, this is the real asset of Playa Blanca. Since we had a car, Zihuatanejo, Ixtapa and other locations were easily accessible, so we could visit all other beaches of the area (Zihuatanejo, Isla Ixtapa etc.) but we were always back happily at Playa Blanca) whatching the dolphins in the morning and the whales in the afternoon.
The location is a paradise for children, so I think you should consider renting the villa also for families with children; anyway, our kids had a beautiful time and were never afraid of the waves...
For a family living in Mexico City, another very positive experience was the freedom to move without security issues around the location.
In summary, thanks a lot for two wonderful weeks of vacation. We really enjoyed the time very much!

Our trip to azure was our first to the Pacific Coast of Mexico after having been to the Caribbean side 14 times. Wasn't sure what to expect but it was wonderful. Azure is exactly as descibed, just a few steps from the beach. The villa suited us perfectly, the staff is great, the beach is truly miles and miles of basically nothing but you and the beach. Well there is a wonderful enramada (thatched hut) restaurant maybe 200 yards from azure-heavenly fresh seafood. Heather arranged all we needed...including escort from the airport to Zihua for supplies and then back down the dirt road to villa. If you are going to be there on Sunday go down to Barra for a wonderful feeling of a Mexican family fair and the view is incredible. All in all a fantastic place to vist and experience. We hope to return soon.

This experience was very positive and enjoyable! The property was exactly as described. It has great privacy, spacious bedrooms, very artistic touches, and the view is breathtaking of the ocean! The kitchen had everything we needed. The daily maid service was prompt and thorough. There is 24 hour security. The best part of this property is that it is directly on the ocean with an incredible pristine beach! For those who like to be close to towns and tourists, this is not for you.

This is a very unique property; I loved some of the custom furnishings made from local woods. The artistic touches are very impressive! The property is comfortable, clean, and offers all things necessary to have a great vacation. The views of the beach are unbelievable! Sitting on the terrace watching the ocean was amazing. It is very private for being part of a complex; basically all you see from all windows is the beach and ocean.
The communication I received from the first e-mail request to several phone calls was professional and very personal. I always had the feeling that the owner/manager really wanted to make things the best for us. This is rare in today's lack of personal communication.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for tranquility, relaxation, and just want to enjoy the beauty of nature and the surrounding area! Of course, you can always drive into town for more activity. The one negative (which the owner cannot control) are the bugs. I would recommend bringing bug spray if you sit outside at night. But, you can buy some from the market in town. Can't wait to return!

I'm so happy to hear that you've enjoyed our wonderful place! We do fumigate & have screens, but certain times of the year it's best to have some bug repelant if you're outside in the evening. Which, you can pick up everywhere from pharmacies to the grocery store. The ocean breeze makes a huge difference as I find the bugs to be worse the further inland I go.

My girlfriends & I always get together once a
year, to get away from our hectic lives, & take a 2
week vacation. We always have chosen different
places to visit each year, but we all agree that
Azure's Paradise Villa, in Zihuatanejo, Mexico is a
place where we would definentley go back to.
The rental is ocean front, well kept, & in a gated
complex. The house is very nice w/ a unique,
artistic touch. The views from the house are
amazing & the sound of the waves at night, lulled
me to sleep.
Heather was great w/ making the reservation &
arranging for someone to meet us at the airport.
The property manager was very helpful w/ getting
us settled, & suggesting places to go & things to
see.
Zihuatanejo is a well kept secret, & the perfect
place for people who don't want to be surrounded
by tourists.
We had the best vacation ever & we're planning
