We stayed in the apartment for 6 nights and enjoyed our stay. Ema house representative was waiting for us in front of apartment to welcome us and walked us through the apartment, transportation option, nearby groceries stores. The apartment was very neat and clean and was cleaned on regular intervals during our stay.

Centrally located in Seefeld area of Zurich. 5 mins walk to the lake on one side and Tram No. 2 on the other side. We were 3 persons staying. Very comfortable and spacious double bedroom, bathroom with tub and shower, fully equipped kitchen (only missing thing was a tray :)), living room with large dinner table, sofa, TV, DVD player. No wireless internet for our iPads :( They solved our problem by lending us a laptop!!
Sabrina from EMa House was a very nice and service-minded lady.
Florastrasse 26 will definitely be our place for our next visit to Zurich. -

we booked a one bedroom apartment for 5 nights via internet for 3 people. ? stayed with my mother (age 86) and sister. we were met by the managers representative on time at the entrance of the apartment block who accompanied us to our floor, showed around the apartment and completed the registration quickly and without fuss.
The living room was large enough to provide space for an extra bed added for the third person without occupying the large sofa at the TV corner for sleeping, plus a large table. the bedroom was adequately sized too, with a large wardrebo where three of us could easily hang and store our garments. There was a separate fully equipped kitchen with oven range, microwawe oven, coffee machine and electrical kettle. There was also a small balcony to enjoy fresh air overlooking the backyards of surrounding blocks.
the apartment was serviced two times during our 5-day stay. itwas vacuum cleaned, tidied, bathroom and kitchen cleaned, beds were made but no sheet changing. washing machines are available in the basement of the apatment block.
the apartment has a great location in the pleasant Seefeld neighbourhood. It is 5 minutes walking distance to the lakeside promenade, where there are lots of nice cafes, restaurants, a lovely park, 5-10 minutes walking to Opera House, bellevueplatz, 5 minutes to the tram/bus stop and only 3-4 busstops away from the main attractions in the city center like bahnhofstrasse shopping area, Kunsthouse museum.
The only disadvantage was the abscence f wifi. internet connection was only available with cable, which meant that we could not use our ipads for internet and not knowing this we had not brought laptops but only ipads. However the management provided a solution by lending us a laptop pc which remaned in the apartment the whole duratin of our stay.
And finally I find the price we paid (220 CHF per night for 3 people) very reasonable with regard to location and space provided, especially compared with the hotel prices we found in central Zurich. -

Pleasant apartments, centrally located in Zurich. Excellent for families with children. The apartments are very clean, well equipped, with good service. Not all apartments are the same; some are better equipped (with a dishwasher and washer/dryer). Bring your own soap and shampoo/conditioner.
