“Great value, comfortable accomodations, and great owner” The owner is responsive, prompt, and courteous. We've used this condo every year for the past 11 years, and until recently, I had never even spoken to the owner- all email and all arrangements flawlessly executed, every time. Accomodations are comfortable and casual. Best feature is that this condo is directly next to the clubhouse and ski shuttle stop- very convenient! We love staying here.

“Great Mountain Vacation” If you want seclusion,beautiful views,walks in the forest this is the place for you. We also brought our 4 wheelers & rode in the National Forest just across the road it was great. The home has everything you can think of, very cozy feel. I lit the fireplace every morning, great to wake up to a warm fire. But I spent most of my time on the deck taking in the views and watching the grandkids enjoying the hot tub.Everyone had a great time. Fraser is known as one of the best places for skiing in Colorado, but there are plenty of activities to enjoy year-round in this mountain town. With great camping and hiking options, close proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park, and friendly locals, you'll find everything you need here for a perfect getaway. Within walking distance of the slopes, Main Street is where you'll find the best dining and shopping in Fraser.
