“Well maintained, quality furnished condo with very helpful owner.” We have stayed in several different condos @ Sapphire Beach in several different price ranges. John's is by far the best maintained despite it not being the highest end priced. It also has a great bar/eating area on the lower deck. Renting from John is like renting from a friend or family member. There were no surprises from John other than I had over paid without realizing & he contacted me to let me know he was sending me a check.

“Wonderful” Chateau Margot was perfect for a family celebration and holiday. The three seperate buildings gave privacy and comfort for the three different families on this trip. The terrace was perfect to enjoy the spectacular views and get together for breakfast and afternoon cocktails. The house is very well appointed, tastefully furnished and very quiet.

“Magical Vacation” Thank You Gail & Curlson for allowing us to rent from you. The instant we got to your place, we felt like we were "home". The location of your property is perfect, a short drive to Red Hook and close to some gorgeous beaches. The villa included many "little" amenities such as beach towels, paper goods, hairdryers, that really made my packing job much easier! The kids had the best time swimming in the pool & hot tub and ask daily when we can go back! I think even breakfast tasted better because we were able to eat it every morning on the patio overlooking St. John and Sapphire Beach. Whenever we had a concern or question, you were a quick phone call or email away. And the place looked exactly as it does in your pictures. “Beyond Expectations” I would not stay anywhere else on the island. The house itself is in immaculate condition with huge sliding glass doors in every room allowing for amazing views of the Caribbean from every room. I loved waking up to the breathtaking sunrise every morning and the house's beautiful décor encourages complete relaxation. Whether watching TV, playing Xbox/Playstation or listening to music via the surround sound system, it felt like our every whim was met. The kitchen is stocked with gourmet appliances and cookware which made my ability to create fantastic meals for us easy and fun. When we tired of laying by the pool, the beach was less than a mile away and the Red Hook night life was right down the street. This villa is truly one of the premier locations on the island. I cannot wait for the next trip back

“Best Place On Earth!!” Where do I begin... My husband and I were on our honeymoon. Dana and Jason were the best hosts-they gave you privacy, but if you need assistance they were always there to help. They made us feel at home in the HarmonySuite with happy smiles and open arms. We were given breakfast every morning-tastes of the Island foods- DELICIOUS ; ) It was amazing to see the iguanas that would come up to the deck to visit. The rooms were well-kept and well-stocked Dana and Jason have everything at your hands. The pictures don't lie the VIEWS were phenomenal-(I think I have a billion pictures of just the view) It was awesome to wake up and come home every day to the spectacular views. The pool/cabana and hot tub were extra touches to this fantastic getaway and are exclusively for your enjoyment . The people on the island are the best so sweet, helpful, and genuine-always great to be around, the beaches are jaw dropping we never wanted to get out- recommending COKI BEACH/ MAGENS BAY and night life was amazing recommending DUFFY'S LOVE SHACK/ SENOR FROGS (RED HOOK) all of this plus much more all located about 6-8 minutes away (car recommended). “Relaxing, convenient” We had a fabulous stay at your condo! My husband did the St Croix Ironman so we wanted a place that was close enough to race venue without being right in Christiansted, and had a kitchen. This turned out to be an excellent choice! From an athlete's perspective, the location was ideal. It was about 15 minutes to race venue, and easy to get to. The kitchen was fully equipped and we cooked 2 out of 3 meals per day here. 2 grocery stores are right on the way from Christiansted to the condo, making stopping off for groceries very convenient. It is very quiet, so napping and sleeping were no problem. If you are coming to St Croix for an event of this kind, this is a great place to stay. After the race, we had 3 days to relax and enjoy the area and just hanging out in the condo. Our welcome packet, sent well ahead of our stay, had everything we needed to orient ourselves before we arrived. The condo was very clean, and well maintained. The décor is delightful, sunny, island type décor with bright colors, rattan type furniture. Plenty of room to move around the condo and relax in the living room, the back patio, or set up your laptop at the kitchen bar or dining table. We stayed in the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. The back patio is quite large, with plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors. The back patio faces the water, which is a short walk from the condo. You can see the water through the beautiful palm trees from the back patio. If you like to sunbathe on the beach, there are chairs available at the condo's beachfront. If you'd rather sunbathe by a pool, there is plenty of seating at the pool. The pool is quite large if you want to get some swimming in. We swam in the ocean in front of the hotel just North of the condo. The location on the island is ideal, and we explored the island from East to West. Everything was easy to get to from the condo's location. We would definitely stay here again!

“The perfect family vacation” We have stayed at this condo each year for 6 of the last 7 years. The reason that we keep coming back is that this condo is well kept, convenient to the whole island, but also has local accommodations for the whole family. It is safe and the beach and pool are wonderful for staying local. All restaurants are a short drive and it is minutes to Christiansted. The owner is friendly and accommodating. We will continue to go back, there is no reason to look elsewhere.

“Truly Exceptional Property!” Villa Sunrose was a truly exceptional property. The villa was exceedingly well appointed, very tasteful and spacious. All the bedrooms were extremely well decorated and comfortable, and the cottage was a once in a lifetime experience. The main living areas and kitchen were spacious and beautiful, and accommodated our group wonderfully. The owners have thought of everything, and make your stay warm and inviting, from having beach chairs and coolers to kitchen supplies ready for your use. Like the inside, the outdoor decks/living areas went far beyond our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the hammocks, glider and chairs, and meals and games at the outdoor tables. The views from all the decks of St. John and the BVIs were breathtaking day and night. The binoculars were a fabulous treat. The decks, like the inside, were so very well appointed and decorated, and we truly enjoyed all the small touches throughout the many decks.The kids loved the pool, and we adults appreciated the ample covered decking to enjoy the outside while taking a break from the sun. The outdoor shower was a hit, the boys and dads especially loved this. Thank you for a truly exceptional stay at your villa.
