10 minutes walk to nice quiet town centre, good 15 minutes walk to beach. Friendly owners, nice clean well equipped accomodation, nice small garden. Estate so quiet you can hear a pin drop. Decent but not brilliant pubs, good selection of takeaways. Ideal base for all of north wales although not much in abergele and pensarn itself. Needs wi-fi now we're in the 21st century, especially as the mobile phone signal a bit iffy.

Excellent position only a short hop to the beach. Ideal for my wife and I who both use a mobility scooter. We had use of the garage to keep them safe and dry and enable us to charge the batteries. We went for miles on seafront, going both ways. Fortunate the weather wasd good for us so we travelled about 15 miles each day. Excellent.

My husband and I took my mother (82) and met her friend (bit older) from up north at the station to spend a short break together with our dog, 4 nights mid week. The bungalow was on a very quiet estate, and provided a lovely welcome tray with basic drinks and nice biscuits as well as a pot of crysanths. It was comfortable clean and warm, and had books, guides, toys and every essential to make it a home from home. We were all very happy with it as a base for our trips out

Booking the property and planning arrival with the owner was very smooth. The property was clean and airy on arrival, with a super welcome pack of essentials. The location was good, close to the small town and within easy reach of the local beach. It was a good base to travel to the popular parts of North Wales from.
