Apartments Location.

We are located in the heart of Playa de las Americas, at just 500 meters from the beach of Las Palmeras, surrounded by many bars and restaurants. At 400 meters from the entertainment area known as 'Veronicas'. Just 10 minutes away from Siam Park Water Park. Tenerife South Airport is just at 19 km. Good area to enjoy the beach, sun, day and night entertainment and cuisine.

“Apartment las floritas”

Once again a fabulous holiday of 3 weeks exploring the island love it very much ,good times making new friends making memories. Jurgitas apartment to us is home from home comfy clean everything you need balcony ground floor with pool and bar. Jurgita had always been kind and helpfull for everything ... Great location to all shops great designer shops too! bars restaurants , supermarkets hospital accoss the road. Walking distance 20mins ×to san egenio and adje along the sea front can't wait to come back this year... one little disapointment is the las floritas staff are not friendly not one could crack a smile ! Doesn't spoil our holiday so we just smile back laughing we had so much fun

Response from the owner Thank you for your enlarged review. Despite of it looks a bit preconceived we are very appreciating it. We are going to improve all items mentioned in your review. Especially we will pay a more attention to the policy of cleaning service. The policy of the cleaning company was not to be responsible for any forgotten items. We will do conclusions and revise our policy. Regarding compensation you requested. We are not pay any compensation only due to not do a precedent. We are afraid of occurrence happened when people begin to forget the diamond necklace and gold jewelry without any evidence. Regards, Jurgita
