Description
Nikos Villa is a spacious, three-bedroom, stone-built house.
It is set in its own garden with green and fruit trees. It has a range of sitting
areas around the house.
The house is situated in a quiet spot of the village near the olive groves.
It is only five minutes walk from the centre of Agios Nikolaos
and the picturesque harbor.
It is 900 meters away from Pandazi beach and 800 meters away from Gnospi platform in Agios Nikolaos.
Ground floor:
A few steps lead up to the ground floor where there are the
spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, a covered and an open
verandah that leads to the garden with the barbeque area.
Mezzanine floor:
A few steps in the living room go up to the mezzanine
where there is the bathroom and the twin bedroom
which has a balcony with mountain view .
First floor:
A second staircase leads from the mezanine floor to the upper floor where the spacious double bedroom is.
It has a balcony with sea view at about 100 metres distance.
Basement floor:
The kitchen is connected with the basement through another small staircase. There is an ensuite simple toilet with a shower (only with a curtain) and a twin bedroom which has a door that takes you out at the garden. There is also a window for light.
The washing machine is outside the bedroom door.
Two extra persons can sleep in the house.
One portable single bed feet in the livingroom.
Another portable bed can either go in the double bedroom or in the middle twin bedroom.
Facilities:
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster.
Tv in the living room,
air-conditioning in all three bedrooms,
electric funs in the other areas,
