“estupendo” Casa Marbella is a place where I personally enjoy it. Has well near one of the beautiful beaches of my island (CRASH BOAT) Also the water park (LAS CASCADAS). The house is a safe and very comfortable place and is in a very beautiful place. Has nearby shops and restaurants. I personally had a great time.

“Wonderful experience!” The house is beautiful inside and out as well as very welcoming. Once inside the kids raced to pick out their bedrooms for the week. All the bedrooms are very spacious with huge closets. The house and property are well kept and clean. We had no problems using the wifi or our cell phones. The air conditioning was great after a long day of fun in the sun. We never had any problems with running out if hot water for showers or laundry for our family of four. The house is only minutes from the highway, but far enough away to be a peaceful place to stay. We definitely made this our home away from home. The owners Julie and Bryan were very helpful answering all of our questions and were a true delight to work with. The entire family had a fabulous time and cannot wait until we can go back again!

“No need to look any further...this is the place to stay!” I cannot say enough about this villa experience! From beginning to end everything was exceptional! Marcos and Magda met us there to show us the villa which is immaculate, spacious and well stocked. Our favorite things to do were boogie boards, kayaks and even sea glass hunting...which was a pleasant surprise! I found a blue sea glass rock so big I am going to have a ring made out of it! The kids absolutely loved the tide pool which was steps away from the villa. The beaches are all so close and in driving distance, but our favorite was Sandy Beach which we could walk to! The color of the water there is stunning! The kids especially enjoyed having a play station to use when they needed a break from the sun. I would rate this my favorite vacation spot thus far, and we will be coming back! Thank you again Marco and Magda for the best vacation we could have hoped for!

“Awesome place!” This is the third time i stay at cozy for two and as always the service and attention is excellent. As always Jean is great and we get treated like family. You don't get that at a hotel. The place was as always clean and maintained. Jean & Harry make sure that every detail is covered. The place is quiet and great to be at. “fabulous !!!” It was a real pleasure having been able to meet such a wonderful and professional person as Mrs. Pabon. Even though we never met in person, everything was handled in a professional and timely manner. The property was in excellent condition and well furnished. I definitely recommend renting from Ms. Pabon and hope to do so again in the future. P.S. The property is about 5 minutes from the beach on bike!

“We would definitely recommend this place!” We agree with all the other reviews! Great view, clean apartment, nice location, etc. Paul returned phone calls/messages quickly. We had trouble with our directions (that we had gotten from somewhere else, not from Paul), and he went out of his way to help us. If we are ever back to this area of Puerto Rico, we would definitely stay here again!

“A little piece of Paradise...” From the moment we contacted Billy with all our emails, he was nothing but helpful, courteous and pleasant! We spent 1 week at the house and were so happy we chose it! It's close to all the beaches, a gas station, Panaderias (Bakery), shops and grocery store. The pool is fantastic and the views are wonderful, day or night! During our stay, the days it would get very hot, AC would've been ideal, however, seeing the layout and design of the house- so open and airy, you would understand why there's no aC. We were welcomed by Evelyn, whom answered all our questions and made herself available if any issues (which we didn't have) the house was well equipped, full kitchen, spacious, clean and modernly decorated. I will definitely recommend Rincon Vista and plan to return for another stay!
