On the wine route, charming apartment of 100 m2, 1 floor in villa 3kms from the city center of aix-en-pce. Quiet and green 5000 m 2 of garden not overlooked. Fully equipped rental possible all seasons period July - August rentals 7 nights minimun. Other periods rent 3 nights minimum Parking in property living room kitchen functional team, 2 bedrooms (bed 160 x 200) 2 beds (90 x 190) 1 bathroom, swimming-pool (5 x 10) exclusively for our guests, relaxation private barbecue area, bus and access highways nearby apartment not fumeurs(delesde cendriers sont disponibles à l'extérieur) owners live onsite Aachen market, festival of lyric art (Archdiocese site to the nearby great saint jean) Aachen hillsides and visits to wine cellars Aix countryside and cities Cézanne (workshop (, bastide of the jas de bouffan, sainte-victoire) museums (Granet, Vasarely, Caumont...)
