The Villa was terrific. We had 12 adults (6 couples) along with two small kids.
Everyone appreciated the 6 virtually identical bedrooms with baths. Given the heat and humidity, having each bedroom air conditioned was a blessing. The family appreciated the spaciousness of the
property, and all enjoyed the great swimming pool which was fantastic for the young kids.
Thank you for everything.

From the first moment of arrival to the sad day we had to go home, this was a wonderful place to be! The staff was fantastic and very accomodating. We enjoyed the welcome dinner so much that we had the chef back to cook for us another night! We were 8 people and we never felt croweded at all. Just the right mix of seeing the whole family, but being able to relax in a hammock and enjoy some solidtude when you wanted to. I highly recommend Villa Valhalla!
“Very clean & neat wheelchair friendly beach front home.”

We had the best vacation we could have ever asked for. The home was so clean & neat and very wheelchair friendly. Daveed, prepared nice meals and did our grocery shopping. We enjoyed swimming with the turtles and just relaxing on the beach.

Our entire family stayed here-adult children and grandchildren. We had a wonderful relaxing week. The house could not have been more perfect for us. It was so comfortable, the staff was great, and those we dealt with, Monica and Marcia were so attentive. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

We stayed at Vahalla in March. The house was everything that was promised. The house was well stocked and the outdoor space was great. We cooked most of our meals at the house and the kitchen had eveything. The grill was like brand new. You can walk anywhere in Akumal by foot, snorkel near the house. The only thing we didn't like was that the help was at the house all day. They were not in the way, but it would have been nice to have most of the day to ourselves. Most houses we have rented the help is only there for about a half day.

Our family of 4 couples and one baby loved the equal size and view from each BR, the multi-level pool, the palapa and hammocks for shade. Reef snorkeling fantastic but water unexpectedly rough; guidebooks had all said super calm??? Turtle viewing on Akumal bay was wonderful and in calm water. Walking to restaurants big plus, easy drive to Tulum ruins, Biosphere and Coba. Welcome dinner and 2 free massages unexpected bonus. Also included all day housekeepers-would have preferred daily 2-3 hour linen cleanup.
While not good for economy, low occupancy in entire area gave us perfect privacy!
