Description
This 3 bedroom bungalow is ideally situated in the residential area of Cerro Grande. Within easy walking distance of the Old Town of Albufeira with a large selection of shops, restaurants and bars and also the town beach.
The master double bedroom looks out to the terrace. There are 2 further twin bedrooms There are 2 beautiful new modern shower rooms-
The lounge has patio doors out to the lovely private balcony complete with brick built BBQ and a wind down awning. A lovely sunny area for sunbathing or enjoying the views across to the sea and marina.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
There is free wi-fi at the property.
There is off street parking at the front of the house.

“Good location, quiet at night with fab views”
Very comfortable bungalow. Good sunbathing balcony and lovely views over the marina. Well equipped but somewhat dated. It is convenient for the town, marina and beach and in a nice quiet location.

“So good that we're booking for next year!”
We deliberately booked the low season for a winter break when Albufeira is relatively quiet. We prefer the west side of Albufeira as it is away from the hustle and bustle. The bungalow is on a quiet road and matches everything in the description. The level and quality of the fixtures and fittings was exceptional. The kitchen with all its utensils and appliances was much better than expected. The patio and BBQ area is a real sun trap and is totally private. The views from it are great. We also appreciated being able to watch UK tv and play DVDs. We will certainly be booking again as it really felt like a home from home.

“Private Bungalow with Marina view”
Good central location to all amenities, Restaurants, Bars, ( Arte Bar ) buses, Supermarket and Albefuier. Private balcony for getting the all day sun. Lovely view of the Marina. Needs a little updating but all worked fine and all you needed. We will be back next year.

“Nice bungalow and perfect location”
Nice bungalow good location but only thing was it has no air conditioning only stand up fans, no Wifi and satellite was mostly German channels.
