Description

This beautiful 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is located just 8 to 10 minutes' walk from old Albufeira town and beach. The living areas are open plan and spacious with patio doors leading out to a comfortable seating area with built in BBQ perfect for al fresco dining. There are 2 twin bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and the other with a separate shower room. Both have air conditioning.

2 of the sofas in the lounge area fold out into sofa beds.

Albufeira town has numerous restaurants, bars and shops. However Windmill is set above the town in a peaceful location yet close enough not to require a car.

The complex, which is only a short distance from Salgados golf course, waterparks and Zoomarine, is set in beautifully landscaped gardens.

“Lovely apartment on windmill hill”

This is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment on the windmill hill resort. 10 minutes down hill to the old town a few more up or €6 in a taxi supermarket 5 minutes away or Aldi/Lidl 20 minutes walk again €6 back the grounds and pool are well kept always sunbeds available although the apartment has two of their own apartment itself is very well equipped bar restaurant is decent value the food was always very good

“Fantastic apartment”

We had a fantastic week in this apartment. The apartment was beautiful, really well equipped and the loation was fantastic. Upon arrival we found a bottle of water in the fridge, bread, butter and cheese which was lovely gesture, especially as it was late when we arrived and had limited amounts of water with us from the flight. Some days struggled to get beds by the pool but there was six of us and we happily layed on the grass, beds often became available later in the afternoons. The bar was reasonably priced and great service. Nice walk into town, slower uphill walk back. Would definately return to this apartment and recommend to friends. Only downside was the double bed which was very uncomfortable and creaked everytime you moved but we managed to catch up on sleep around the pool. We are hoping to return next year :-)
