Excellent Location and beautifully presented apartment in Albufeira. We pride ourselves in keepng the apartment to a very high standard in order for our guests have a fantastic stay. (PLEASE READ OUR ONLINE REVIEWS). We also provide FREE unlimited WIFI, Smart TV with full UK channels, including Sky Sports, online movies and box sets.

This stunning apartment is within the recently constructed Sao Francisco development, perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from the local shops, bars and restaurants of the famous "Strip", but also set back enough to enjoy a glass of wine on the privacy screened balcony undisturbed in the evening. The apartment is also within walking distance of some of Albufeira's finest beaches and the picturesque Old Town.

The apartment features an open plan living/dining room with seating for six, a 42 inch TV and DVD player. Accessed from both the living room and kitchen is an L shaped balcony with table and further seating for six.

The two bedrooms both have balconies overlooking the swimming pool, the master bedroom having a king size bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom can be arranged in either a twin or double bed layout and has access to the main bathroom, with bath and shower. The stylish living room has access to the main bathroom and includes a comfortable sofa bed that will accommodate two adults or children.

The kitchen is fully integrated with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.

A refundable breakages deposit of £200 is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. This will be refunded at the end of your holiday subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

A non refundable deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required to secure the booking. Balance payment is due 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.

The Living room is equipped with 42 inch smart TV with full UK channels, including sports, online movies and box sets, DVD player and stereo.

Both bedrooms have ample storage with built in wardrobes.

Beautiful balcony with rattan dining furniture for six people.

Mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional cost.

Airport transfers can be arranged through our UK transfer company, child seats are available on request.

The apartment is situated on the 1st floor and overlooks the pool. The secure gated grounds to the apartment are very child friendly and there is a children's play area beside the pool. There is a BBQ on the front balcony.

“A well kept, beautiful place to stay!”

My partner and I had the pleasure of renting this property for the entirety of 2021 and 2022, and it exceeded all of our expectations. Not only did it come fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a stunning outdoor pool, but its location was also incredibly convenient. The nearby Aldi grocery store was just a short walk away, and there were plenty of bars and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The beach was also close by and the charming old town was easily accessible. Our host, Eddie, was extremely accommodating and we highly recommend this property and host to any future guests.

“Excellent apartment”

We are pensioners, and did wonder whether the location might have been too noisy. We need not have worried. As others have mentioned, although close to The Strip (only 2/3 minutes from the quieter top half), we heard very little noise . Indeed, we heard more from doggies, moggies and seagulls. Lots of reasonably priced restaurants/ bars within easy walking distance, with home cooked food. My wife is a coeliac sufferer, and was pleased to get gluten free pasta at two restaurants on the upper strip. The Lord Nelson bar around the corner is a real suntrap whilst enjoying a cold glass or two at lunchtime. British newspapers are readily available. The Spar down from the Worms roundabout sells British sausages & bacon. With 2 spacious bedrooms and well equipped kitchen, TV with UK channels, we can recommend the apartment. Edward the owner arranged the taxis to and from the airport,including a 5.15am pick up going back which went smoothly.

“Fantastic Apartment”

Had a 10 day stay at this fantastic family friendly apartment with its superb pool. Everything about this place ticks the boxes Location close to centre of the action(2 minute walk) but far away that you don’t hear it. 2 bathrooms one en suite which was handy as staying with family 4adults 2 kids but the place is so spacious everyone had their own space. Tv is brilliant has a fire stick which was great for the kids cartoons to keep them entertained. Everything you could need available including the corkscrew for opening the wine to enjoy on the sunny balconies. If you want to stay somewhere with the 5star experience without the price would recommend this apartment in this fantastic area. Also a must arrange your transfers through the owners as they can organise For the very lovely Aldolfo to transfer you there and back at a reasonable cost.Look forward to booking again. And thank you to the owners for a fantastic stay. Ps a visit to zoo marine just finishes off a fantastic holiday.

“Home From Home”

My wife and I stayed in this apartment during January, February and March 2018. A real home from home very comfortable well-equipped all you would expect for a great holiday, kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, bedlinen provided towels provided and a very very comfortable modern flat. Benefiting from both good air-conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. These were a prerequisite for us. Located close to all amenities but just far enough away to be quiet the flat is in an a great position with front and back balconies there is always somewhere to sit and enjoy the evening sun. Would recommend and give five stars no doubt we will be back
