7 Bedroom Villa - Legeado / Albufeira:
Spacious 7-bedroom, 9-bathroom villa with games room and bar and Wi-Fi internet can sleep up to sixteen adults or fourteen adults and four small children.
The pool can be gated off for young children on request and can be heated for an extra two hundred € per week,
This seven-bedroom detached villa with a great roof terrace is ideal for the extended family holidays or couples travelling together with children. Walking distance to the beach and the Strip.
All bedrooms have their own bathroom or shower room plus there are a further two toilets. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine and dishwasher.
With its own games room and bar area it is ideal for family groups and the pool area can be fully closed for children's security.
This villa now as air-conditioning available in most bedrooms for the 2018 season and is an option at two hundred Euros a week and must be confirmed on booking,
The bathrooms and lounge area have been renovated for the 2024 season and new curtains and matching covers and we have already added another family bedroom with its own small lounge / extra bedroom. making this a 7 + 1 bedroom villa with each bedroom having its own bathroom for 2024,
There is a 750 Gbp damage deposit when families and 100 Gbp per person when groups over 25 years old and 175 Gbp per person when under 25 years old ,

“Great Villa, Great family holiday.”
We stayed in the villa for a week at the beginning of June. The villa is in a great location with a supermarket near-by. the strip is just up the road although we preferred the old town which was about a twenty minute walk with the kids. We had some minor issues when we first arrived, but these were quickly resolved. The villa does need some sprucing up and in particular the tiles falling off the walls on the roof top terrace, which we didn't really use. The villa is excellent for a large/ extended family and gave us enough personal space when we needed it with large family area and kitchen which is great for getting every one together. We would definitely recommend the villa and would like to thank Dale who always responded quickly to any requests for information/ assistance and also quickly sorted any problems we had. We had a great holiday!!
