Spacious Albufeira four-bedroom holiday villa in a quiet residential street in Albufeira. being halfway between Praia Da Oura

(The 'Strip') and Albufeira Old Town, this is in a perfect location for those who don't want to drive.

The pool area is closed off for children's safety.

Perfect for families and groups alike with shopping, restaurants, supermarkets and even MacDonald's and KFC being just minutes away

from this private Albufeira villa, with its own pool and rear terrace.

Divided into two floors the villa as a bathroom and bedroom (double bed) on the ground floor as well as a large open plan lounge with separate good sized fully equipped kitchen supplied with table & chairs,

Wi-Fi is available for 35 € a week

The four other bedrooms are located on the first floor, two are supplied with double beds with 1 bedroom having an en-suite bathroom and large terrace and a further bedroom with single beds and a box room with a further 2 single beds suitable for small children and bathroom,

All bedrooms have air-conditioning available for the 2018 season which is available as an option of 150€ per week when required to not charge people when not required. It is included for the dates 15/07 - 31/08.

There is also a roof terrace with sea views, sun-beds and table & chairs,

This is the ideal villa for a family who want the space and privacy afforded by a villa but not the inconvenience of having to take the car out every time you want to visit the beach, restaurants or just buy a pint of milk!

Tucked away in the residential area, this modern four plus 1-bedroom detached villa has spacious grounds and a lovely 7 x 3 metre private swimming pool with closed off pool area,

The restaurants, shops and nightlife are just a 5-minute walk away, and the long sandy Fisherman's Beach is about a 7-minute stroll.

The lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV (limited channels).

The open-plan kitchen has separate seating and all mod-cons including washing machine and dishwasher for your added convenience. Outside the pool area is fully paved and there is an ample supply of outdoor furniture. There's also a table tennis table to keep the kids busy.

Finally, a brick-built barbecue makes dining al-fresco a real pleasure.

A great rental villa for the family who want to be close to all the amenities of the centre of Albufeira.

There is a 500 Gbp damage deposit plus credit card when families and 100 € per person when groups over 25 years old and 150 € person when under 25 years old,
