Description

Beautiful four bedroom villa, with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room area, open plan kitchen and living room. 2 of the 4 bedrooms have en-suite facilities.

We provide maid service upon arrival and for those who wish to rent for 2 weeks at the start of the 2nd week.

You can have a relaxing family holiday or a day of golf, sightseeing, activities on the beach or just relaxing by the pool with a glass of local wine. The Algarve Shopping Centre with its numerous shops, cinemas and restaurants is only 20 mins drive away.There are internet cafes located less than 5 minutes walk from the Villa.

The living room has a TV with Satellite channels, and seating for up to 8 people.

There is an internal dining area for 6 people beside the kitchen.

The living room has large sliding doors leading to the private swimming pool and external dining area.

All amenities are on the ground floor there are no stairs to worry about for small children.

The kitchen is fully integrated with dishwasher, washing machine, and large fridge freezer.

Villa Cisne is located on a private plot with private swimming pool, Garden area, pool table, table tennis table. There is plenty of room to enjoy the sun around the pool. There are sunloungers, and a table and chairs outside to enjoy a fresh salad in the mid day sun.

The pool is cleaned and PH Levels checked on a regular basis.

BBQ is easily accessible beside a large window next to the kitchen. Located at the side of the villa that lead to the swimming pool. Villa Cisne is ideal for any social event.

The garden is cut once a week, usually in the morning to avoid any disruption to your holiday. We can change the times that these take place to suit your requirements.

“Great Villa, Great Location”

We stayed at Villa Cisne last year, at first we were worried about the location being so close to strip, however we heard no noise and the location of the villa was perfect. The villa is huge and the pool is fantastic. Security at the villa was great and we felt perfectly safe at all times. Outside the villa we used the table tennis table and pool table a lot and ate outside on the bbq most evenings. Everything you need is on the doorstep and the walk to the old town is a pleasant stroll to a fantastic beach and restaurants, the free train to get back is regular and cheap. The pool is huge and we spent the majority of our time here. Jimmy looks after the property and made sure we had a great time. We had a brilliant time, if you are looking for a spacious villa, with great facilities, in a great location, book this....
