This villa is owned, managed and rented by the team of POLLENSA BAY VILLAS.
-IMPORTANT-
Booking requirements: during the mid and high season (from the first Saturday of April until the last Saturday of October) bookings must be from Saturday to Saturday. During the low season (from the last Saturday of October until the first Saturday of April) there is a minimum booking of 4 nights. Are your dates incompatible with these requirements? Please get in touch to discuss other possibilities.
This villa is pet friendly but you must inform us before booking if you are bringing any pets. Extra charges and security deposits may apply.
Weddings, parties and events of any kind are not allowed.

Bonnix is one of the most beautiful holiday villas in Alcudia (North of Mallorca). This villa is situated in a quiet, privileged and elevated area offering stunning sea views over the Bay of Pollensa. It was built in the year 2002 using the best quality materials and it has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with a maximum capacity of 8 people including adults, children and babies. This villa is beautifully furnished, stylishly lit and skillfully dressed with local artifacts and contemporary works of art. It has all the modern comforts and luxuries, including air conditioning and central heating throughout the house (with individual thermostats in every room) and high speed Internet WIFI.
Villa Bonnix is located between Alcudia and Pollensa, only 5 kilometers from Puerto Alcudia and 10 kilometers from Puerto Pollensa. In a 5 minute drive you will find all the beaches, bars, restaurants, nightlife and everything else that makes Mallorca the right place for your holidays. Both the Alcanada and Pollensa Golf Clubs are located within a 15 minute drive from villa Bonnix.
This property is recommended for all kinds of families and groups, with or without children.
The house has two floors and a total built area of 304 square meters (plus terrace) and the private land on which it is located is 14.000 square meters big with approximately 140 trees of several different types.
The ground floor of the house has 173 square meters and there is a double bedroom (2×2 meters bed) with an en-suite bathroom, a spacious living and dining room, a guest WC, a big kitchen, a pantry and a laundry room.
The ample living and dining room has a fireplace, a smart TV with a built-in international satellite receiver, a DVD player and a music player that has speakers in every room of the house. We receive most of the free-to-air channels from Europe, and also a few channels from other continents. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything that you will need: cutlery, dishes, glasses, cookware, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, a ceramic hob, different types of coffee machines (italian, american and Nespresso), a water boiler, a blender and many other small kitchen appliances. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, a dryer and an iron with an ironing board. In the pantry there is a safe box.
The upper floor of the house has 131 square meters and there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. More specifically there is a double bedroom (2×2 meters bed) with an en-suite bathroom that has a hydromassage bathtub, and two twin bedrooms that share a bathroom. Each twin bedroom has two 1x2 meters beds. The double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms share a big and lovely terrace looking at the garden and swimming pool, and the other twin bedroom has a small balcony with sea views.
The massive garden area has a large chlorinated swimming pool of 40 square meters (with a shallow end of 1,2 meters and a deep end of 2,1 meters), a hot tub that is always heated at 35ºC with a capacity for 4 people, a BBQ and a terrace with a porch that provides shade completely furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers. There is a wooden playhouse that contains toys and swimming pool inflatables. In the garden area you will also find a Table Tennis table equipped with balls and rackets.
The entrance and the back of the property are beautifully surrounded by trees and plants, with enough parking space for at least six cars. A small porch provides shade for one car.
This villa is super child friendly and we have at the disposal of our guests and without any extra charges the use of baby cots, highchairs, stair gates and bed fences.
Furthermore we have a modern security fence for the swimming pool to prevent young children from drowning. This security fence can be removed for those guests who do not need it.
This villa is elderly friendly as well, with few and little steps to access the main areas, one bedroom on the ground floor and all bathrooms with shower safety rails.
Optional* The swimming pool can be heated at 24ºC (more temperature depends on the weather) for only 200 Euros per week. Available from 1/March until 15/November.

“Stunning Mallorca Villa”
The Villa itself is superb - one of the very best we have stayed in. The property is extremely well kept, and its location (and views) are amazing. Not only is the villa itself extremely impressive, but the booking process, and management company are a dream to deal with - Salvador and Joselete in particular were superb and extremely helpful. “Look no further this is perfect”
When we arrived at the villa our first reaction when we saw the building gardens and views was WOW! We have rented many villas and have often been disappointed that they have not represented the photos we have seen but this one exceeded our expectations. It was even better than the photos. It was spotlessly clean and the standard and quality of everything was superb. We found Salvador, the owner, very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We found Joselette very helpful. He came every day, cleaned the barbecue and checked everything was OK. It always was because he looked after everything so well. As previously stated, this is the best villa we have ever rented and we intend to return next year and would have no hesitation in recommending it to our friends and family.
