Description

Front line penthouse apartment on the second floor on a Jack Nicklaus golf resort.

The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and heating for your comfort anytime of the year. Both bedrooms have two single beds, and two sets of linen are available during your stay. One of the bedrooms opens onto the large balcony overlooking the golf course and mountains. The balcony is equipped with four chairs, a coffee table, and two sun loungers.

The accommodation is furnished with all the fixtures and fittings necessary to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable such as sofa and armchair, coffee tables, TV, DVD player with plenty of films, Wifi internet and dining table with four chairs. The kitchen is fitted with some quality appliances including halogen hob, oven, extractor, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large fridge and freezer, toaster, and kettle.

The resort has over 15 large communal swimming pools with separate shallow areas for small children and playground equipment. These you will find but a few steps from your door. The on-site supermarket, restaurants and bars, ice cream parlour and shops (3minute walk) tennis courts, gym, kids games room and football pitch are a 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

For your peace of mind the resort has a 24 hour security service both at the gate and through regular patrols as well as monitored CCTV.

Within a 20 minutes drive are a variety of landscapes including beautiful beaches and marinas and national parks.

Find upmarket shopping malls a little further as well as water parks, castles, and a theme park.

Condado de Alhama – the first of the three courses planned for this resort is now open . This exceptional 18 hole, par 72 course is the Principal Signature course designed by Jack Nicklaus himself for Polaris World. It features sharp changes in elevation and four lakes and is one of the most attractive courses in the whole of Spain.In addition to this there are many other golf courses only a short drive away including the Jack Nicklaus golf trail.

Please note we do not charge extra for the use of air conditioning like many homes on this platform
