Deze unieke 19e-eeuwse grotwoning is liefdevol gerestaureerd en gelegen in een prachtige sfeervolle, tropische tuin met privézwembad. Omgeven door sinaasappel-/citroenboomgaarden en olijf- en amandelboerderijen. Het heeft een prachtig 360 graden uitzicht op de bergen, waardoor deze woning ideaal gelegen is voor fiets-, wandel-, vogel- en natuurliefhebbers.
Het dorp La Murada ligt op slechts 1 km, met tal van typisch Spaanse bars en restaurants, evenals banken, supermarkten, verschillende speciaalzaken, een apotheek, benzinestation en medisch centrum. La Murada staat bekend om zijn uitstekende markt op zondag, die mensen uit de hele omgeving trekt.
De woning heeft 3 slaapkamers; slaapkamer 1 heeft een tweepersoonsbed, slaapkamer 2 twee eenpersoonsbedden. Deze slaapkamers delen een badkamer met toilet. Slaapkamer 3 heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een en-suite badkamer met douche en toilet. De woning beschikt over een ruim ingerichte keuken met oven/kookplaat, magnetron, koelkast/vriezer en diverse kleine apparaten en het heeft een aparte bijkeuken. In de grot bevindt zich een eetkamer met eettafel en stoelen. De woonkamer heeft banken en stoelen, een salontafel, TV, bordspellen, boeken en er is goede WIFI verbinding. Voor de occasionele koele wintermaanden beschikt de woonkamer over een sfeervolle houtkachel. Op het buitenterras staan tafels, stoelen, ligbedden en een parasol. Beddengoed en handdoeken (behalve strand-/zwembadhanddoeken) zijn aanwezig.
Strand-/zwembadhanddoeken zijn op aanvraag beschikbaar tegen een kleine vergoeding. Indien u de woning tussendoor een keer extra schoonmaakt wil hebben dan is dat tegen een toeslag mogelijk. Er is geen wasmachine aanwezig maar wij doen deze graag voor u tegen een vergoeding van 5,- euro per was.
Wij accepteren geen groepen allen onder de leeftijd van 27 jaar.
Op dit moment worden er aanpassingen gedaan die deze mooie grotwoning nog meer ten goede komen. Om die reden zullen foto´s de komende periode zo nu en dan vervangen worden.

“A very Unique Experience”
We stayed in a lovely Cave House with a beautiful garden surrounded by views of mountains and natural beauty. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the owners were really friendly and very helpful.if its a quiet holiday you are looking for then i reccomend it but if you are wanting to see more of Alcicante then you will need a car.
