Description

This apartment Los Leandros F 4 no. 2, is at ground level, situated in a popular area. It is a bit more expensive because of good standard, proximity to the sea, recreation areas and centrally located. We have two row houses inside the same urbanisation for rent if more families want to go together. Originally we stayed in no. 56, but we bought no. 2 because this aprtment was my Eva's dream.

It has spacious outdoor areas in front and behind. You therefore may enjoy the sun the whole day. It is situated close to the playa in an urbanisation closed with gates and with a private street in front. There are short distances to stores, restaurants and other facilities. Central but quiet. Large pool in 20 m distance, less than 100 m to the sea.

Los Leandros F 4, is a nice urbanisation on the Torrevieja side of the La Mata Playa. There is a large pool in 25 meter distance, and less than 100 m to the Cabo Cervera playa - nice for a swim in the sea. There are 300 m to the much larger La Mata playa. An
