If you want to have an experience of staying in the 5 star hotel with your own fully equipped kitchen, you will like to stay here!

Newly renovated two bedroom, two bath apartment is directly across from Postiguet Beach with stunning castle views and access to common areas with sea and castle views. Air conditioning in both rooms and living room, fully equipped kitchen and fast Wifi. The apartment is fist line to the sea & facing the castle. You can see the sea if you hang your head out the window (see photos) or from the terrace on the roof (castle and sea views on the roof). Postiguet beach is only 30 seconds away!

The building has an elevator and another elevator will bring you to the beach. So if you have a baby stroller or heavy bags with you, you'll have a nice and easy way to get to the apartment and to get out.

Downtown area is about 7 mins away, one of the biggest mall with a very nice grocery store and good prices (it calls "Plaza Mar 2") is 10 mins away, castle Santa Barbara, one of the most recognizable symbols of Alicante, is right behind the apartment building. You really cannot bit the location!

We provide:

- beach towels, beach umbrella;

- shower towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo&conditioner in the bathrooms;

- candles for romantic dinners in salon;

- olive oil, spices, vinegar, salt, sugar and everything you need for cooking;

- spaghetti and rice;

- coffee, cheese, bread, jam, milk for breakfasts (on arrival);

- baby and toddlers plates, spoons and cups;

-table and chairs on the roof (common area) to enjoy sunsets/sunrises (with a stunning view of the Castle and Postiguet Beach and the same time) (on demand).

Cleanliness is very important for when you stay somewhere, so we guarantee that you`ll find the apartment very clean,shiny and cozy.

Free street parking is available but may be limited in evenings, weekends and during holidays.

This is a private apartment in a residential building. Guests will be expected to conduct themselves in a mature manner. Families and children are welcome. Please, no guests under the age of 27. No parties (no bachelor or stag party groups), costumes, or events, & please no loud noise after 10pm and before 9am. Checkout time is at noon and check in at 1500 unless previously agreed for early check in/out.
