Casa Gianni è ubicata sopra al porto di alicudi, a soli 50 metri di distanza dal mare, in una posizione dominante, e facilmente accessibile. La tipologia costruttiva antica testimonia il tipico stile Eoliano. E' munita di ampi terrazzi, con vista sul mare e sul centro abitato.

La sua posizione consente un facile accesso al mare e rientro per la pausa pranzo. Comoda per arrivare con le valige e la spesa quotidiana presso il vicinissimo negozietto provvisto di tutti i generi alimentari.

Non è necessario servirsi del servizio muli... come avviene invece per tutte le case disposte a più altezze..

Casa Gianni propone un appartamento denominato "Rosmarino"con due camere da letto rispettivamente di tre e di due posti letto, angolo cottura e wc esclusivo interno... terrazzo coperto esterno e fronte mare, dove è possibile consumare i pasti, godere della splendida vista del mare, di tutte le isole Eolie...e nelle giornate limpide anche la costa della Sicilia e la cima innevata del Monte Etna.

Nel giardino è disponibile per gli ospiti una doccia molto utile e veloce dopo essere stati a mare... ed anche l' ampio spazio comune, attrezzato a barbecue offre la possibilità di cucinare pesce fresco acquistabile al mattino dai pescatori locali...
