Luxurious, spacious corner Penthouse located in a perfect position between the impressive 1,000 berth Port-Marina of Almerimar and the top class 27 hole Championship Golf course. The Marina hosts many Restaurants, Cafe bars, Tapas bars and there's a an excellent supermarket next to the complex. Almerimar Port is flanked by blue flag beaches either side offering 13km of unspoilt secluded beach area

The complex boasts a large secure gated pool and parking is available in the secure underground garage. The apartment is located on the top, 5th floor and can be easily accessed via lifts or the stairs.

The property is fully air-conditioned, modern and offers everything needed for a perfect self-catering holiday.
