Watercress Lodges self-catering holiday homes are nestled in rolling countryside at Dean Farm, Ropley. Rural Hampshire offers family fun with countryside walks and cycle routes all around.

• Six detached lodges available named after stations.

• Close to the bustling Georgian market town of Alresford and only 20 minutes' drive from the delightful Cathedral city of

• The lodges offer the opportunity to get away to the countryside but with superb local facilities.

• Campground will be available from 2014 and will be the ideal getaway for families. Newly built shower block and toilet facilities.

• Short breaks available.

ACCOMMODATION

• The lodges are located in the rolling countryside at Dean Farm, Ropley, near Alresford. The family farm they have owned since the 1940's.

• The newly built self-catering accommodation is modern but comfortably furnished throughout.

• On the ground floor, spacious hallway leading off is, kitchen fitted with all modern appliances, granite worktops, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, and oven, hob with extractor fan, microwave, kettle & toaster.

• Separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

• Downstairs WC.

• Bright and airy lounge with modern dining table and six chairs. Leather sofa bed which sleeps 2, two armchairs, coffee table, flat screen TV with Freeview & assortment of board games. High chair available.

• Lounge doors open up to allow the countryside in.

• Free Wi-Fi.

• Stairs lead off the lounge.

• Central heating

• The spacious master bedroom has a king-size oak bed, side tables, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe, full length mirror, hairdryer.

• Bedroom two has two twin 3ft oak beds, side tables and a chest of drawers.

• The bathroom is fitted to a high specification with sink, mirror above with light and shaver point, toilet and freestanding shower.

• Linen & towels provided.

• Garden open plan. Bench seating with seat cushions provided and separate gas BBQ for all lodges on request.

• No smoking

• Pets welcome but only in the Winchester & Alton lodges subject to availability.

Getting around

As we are located in the middle of the countryside, we advise that all our guests have a car to get around. However, there is a bus stop a very short walk away which will take you towards Alton or Winchester, from these places there is good public transport.

Interaction with guest

The day before your stay you should receive your check in details which will include a key safe code for the key safe on the door to your lodge. This means you can arrive any time after 3pm on the day of your check in. We are always on call to help with any questions you may have.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Hannah (the owner) a message.

If Hannah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
