Definitely something different and well worth a try.

Left on Jun 24, 2015 for a stay in August 2014

We booked the biscuit barrell for one night before we moved in to Crofters Cottage. The barrel itself had everything you need, tea and coffee was provided aswell as peat for the fire. The bed was very comfy and despite arriving in horrendous weather we did feel very safe inside. The owner Eddie was very helpful and I would definitely recommend.

Second weekend stay here for our group ( friends who work together). We loved it so much in July, we couldn't wait to get back for Christmas. The house is cosy and comfortable, and can easily sleep 11adults if 3 of them don't mind inflatable beds. It is clean and warm, and the poem log fire in the sitting room is wonderful.
