New luxury contemporary idyllic retreat, securely situated within the peaceful 5 star Altea Hills urbanisation at the base of the Sierra Bernia mountains. This bright, air-conditioned apartment features a large terrace with stunning sea views across the bay of Altea.
In addition to the large communal pool and landscaped gardens, our guests have access to the fantastic facilities of the Altea Hills Hotel including 4 outdoor lagoon pools (plus 1 heated indoor), tennis courts, restaurants, spa and beauty centre (charges may apply).
Within a 10 min drive you can discover the old town of Altea, several 'Blue Flag' beaches, Greenwich Marina with its restaurants, bars and PADI diving school and the beautiful Don Cayo golf course. For the children, many world class theme parks are also on your doorstep.
This spacious apartment has lift access and is beautifully furnished in a contemporary style. Features include a 50” wide screen satellite LCD TV and WiFi.

“Fab Accommodation!”
We had a fantastic stay in the two bedroomed flat. Lovely pool and well maintained by Marcus. The flat was newly painted and full of top quality appliances. Stunning views from the balcony and close to the beach. We will definitely return again!

“Stayed with Coasta Blanca Direct 3 times and will be going back for a 4th”
It is exactly what it looks like in the brochure, both apartments are clean and looked after. The views are worth the rent alone. Rent a small car as the roads are tight. Altea at night is very special, don't leave without eating at as many of the restautants in Altea ols town as possible all very good. Greenwich marina is the perfect place for a morning coffee and a night out. The water park at Benidorm is expensive but is worth it (take some pack up). Calpe beach needs to be visited, both sides of the rock. Visit the fresh water Spa (take the AP 7 to Valencia-dont go through the toll- take a left to collissa and follow the Fontes sign) Becareful its very cold, but worth the pain.
