This apartment is located within the Canal Belt, just 10 minutes walk from Museum Square, Rembrandtplein and Leidseplein. The accommodation is fully equipped with kitchen, bedroom, ensuite bathroom. Best for 2 guests, but a 3rd and 4th guest can sleep on the sleeping bed in the living room.
The accommodation is romantic and clean, though very practical with a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a double bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom.
You'll be having the place all by yourself, so we trust you to treat this beautiful apartment with respect.
The Southern Canal Belt, which traditionally is the aristocratic district and more refined than the northern part, but also more animated. Culture and nightlife are centered on two squares, Leidseplein and Rembrandtplein. One of the most beautiful canals is at the corner of the street, where the charming Reguliersgracht starts and from where seven bridges can be seen (lit up by night).
Just a short tram ride south of Centraal Station takes you into one of the most cosmopolitan and vibrant districts of Amsterdam: Weteringschans, with a beautiful mixed crowd of habitants. Weteringschansbuurt and connecting Spiegelkwartier breathes life as the dynamic district of Amsterdam. The young, old, students, artists, expats and families have all chosen this district their home - and far removed from the hustle and bustle of central Amsterdam, this homely alternative is appealing. Like the neighboring district Jordaan and De Pijp, is brimming with fantastic cafés, restaurants, coffee shops and bars.
Of course, a visit to Amsterdam wouldn't be the same without a trip to the Albert Cuypmarkt, flanked by over 100 shops. If you wander down Albert Cuypstraat and Ferdinand Bolstraat, the main streets in de Pijp, you'll find many exotic and authentic Syrian, Moroccan, Surinamese, Chinese restaurants - to name but a few -, and a typical Amsterdam pub is located on almost every corner.
This apartment is located within the Canal Belt, dug in the 17th century, also known as the 'Grachtengordel'. It's just 2 steps away from the Amstel, the Albert Cuypmarkt, the Utrechtsestraat and 10 min walk from the Museum Square, Rembrandtplein and Leidseplein. In 2010, the canals of Amsterdam were placed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The apartment is situated in an historical and protected building, which was built around 1890.

We stayed at this beautiful apt for 6 weeks. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, they arranged bikes for us and were always there if we needed anything. The place is very beautiful; it was clean, it had everything we needed such as washer, dishwasher, a great smart TV with netflix and awesome tv shows that not even the USA netflix has, fresh fruit and beautiful flowers to look at, even shampoo and conditioner!! Also, the cleaning lady that came every week left the apartment spotless, and she was very nice!
The bed was very spacious and comfortable and the couch was magical ( we always fell asleep on it) and it turned into another bed.
We would love to stay at this place again.
Thanks Rob and Carlos, you truly made our stay very pleasant. Read more
