Description
Open concept main living floor with full kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, travertine backsplash & custom cabinets—dining room with seating for 4 with additional seating at the granite countertop bar. The family room has Sectional Sofa with a sleeper sofa. 47' LCD TV with cable. Hi-Speed wireless Internet. Right off the kitchen is a full-size washer and dryer for guest use, along with a half bath.
The bedrooms are on the second floor—one Cal-King master bedroom with en-suite and a children's room with full over full bunk bed. There is a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The bedrooms have upgraded carpet with laminate hardwood floors throughout the rest of the home. All bedrooms have 43' TVs
There are strollers, high chairs, pack n' play, and booster seats for your infant and toddler. The home has central air and heat. There is a BBQ grill with a patio set on the back patio. This community has several pools and a children's playground and is about a 5-minute walk to the Disneyland tram on Magic Way.
This house SLEEPS 6 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 7 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 1. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time.

No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.
All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

“Very Close to the Parks”
