Description
Our six-bedroom four bathroom home is designer decorated and has plenty of space for the whole family. Three of the six bedrooms are cal-king masters with ensuites, one on the second floor. The remaining three bedrooms are a queen size bed and two children's rooms with full over full bunk beds. These rooms have access to the hallway bathroom. All bedrooms have a 47" LCD TV.
The open-concept main living area is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. Right off the kitchen is a full-size washer and dryer for guests. The dining room seats ten, with additional seating at the kitchen countertop bar. The family room has a 60' TV w/DVD player. There is high-speed wireless internet too.
Off the family room is access to the private rear yard. There is a beautiful heated in-ground pool with a jacuzzi. We monitor and control the temperature for you remotely from our office to make sure it will be on and to the temperature when you arrive. Also, enjoy our outdoor dining and lounging and natural gas BBQ Grill.
The game room in the garage has ping pong, air hockey, and a pool table for the children. In addition, there is a pack 'n play, strollers, highchair, and booster seat for your infants & toddlers.
Pleasant short 15-minute drive to Disneyland and Anaheim Convention Center, and you can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the yard. The home has Central Air & Heat.
This house SLEEPS 14 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 14 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 3 in our driveway only - NO Street Parking. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.

No Outside Music of Any Kind
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82 and jacuzzi to 102.
All major credit/debit cards are accepted.
No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.
All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. Homes are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras.
All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival:

“Vacation to Orange”
