Stunning and highly upgraded pool home perfect for three families. Three cal-king master suites and two children's rooms, both with full over full bunk beds.
Four of the five bedrooms have upgraded carpet. The rest of the home has hardwood laminate flooring and tile throughout. Open-concept kitchen with a dining room and living room. Upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining room has seating for six, with additional seating at the countertop and in the living room. Brand new (Apr 2023) sectional sofa with sleeper. A full-size washer and dryer located off of the kitchen.
The game room, located in the garage, has Ping pong, air hockey, billiards, & toys. Strollers, high chairs, pack n' play, and booster seats are available for your infant's and toddler's use. All bedrooms have a 47' plasma TVs. The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. The rear yard has a beautiful pool, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.
Nice short walk to Disneyland & Disneyland tram. Home has central air and heat. Watch Disneyland fireworks from the back/front yards.
This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANYTIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102
All major credit cards are accepted.
No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance.
All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant.
