Nestled on the pristine shores of Lorient, the recently constructed Villa Sandra & Jessica (SAJ) stands as an exquisite alternative to traditional hotel accommodations. A mere stone's throw from the glistening white sands and azure waters, the villa promises a blend of privacy, luxury, and convenience.
Villa SAJ, with its intelligent design and minimalist yet elegant decor, is quickly becoming a sought-after destination for island vacationers. Its main allure is the radiant terrace adorned with tiles, surrounded by lush greenery such as palms, bougainvillea, and hibiscus. Beyond the charming white picket fence lies one of the most scenic beaches on the island. The tranquil seafront of Lorient, right at the villa's doorstep, is ideal for both swimming and snorkeling adventures. Meanwhile, a short walk westward leads to a renowned surfing spot of St. Barth.
Inside Villa Sandra & Jessica, the focus is on comfort and practicality. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with top-tier Bosch appliances and sleek Corian surfaces. Each of the two bedrooms, one offering a view of the sea and the other of the garden, is well-equipped with air conditioning and private bathrooms featuring Villeroy and Bosch fittings and luxurious rain-head showers. An additional guest bathroom is conveniently located near the living area.
The outdoor space of the villa is equally inviting, with a shaded dining area adjacent to the kitchen, a sun-drenched deck with loungers, an outdoor shower, and a gazebo crafted from cedar. The indoor living area serves as a cool haven, complete with plush sofas, an HDTV system, and panoramic views of both the beach and the garden.
