This is a truly fabulous Holiday apartment for rent in the centre of Old Antibes. As soon as you enter you will feel immediately at home, as this is a much loved second home to the owners, and we are delighted that the owners have allowed us to offer this unique and stunning duplex apartment for summer holiday rentals for the first time.
This property has three bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, making it ideal for a family or a group of friends to share.
Bedroom 1 has a super king bed, Bedroom 2 has two single beds and Bedroom 3 has a double bed which opens out onto the roof terrace. There is also an additional fold up z-bed available if requested.
The best bit about this holiday apartment is the 20 square metre roof terrace that gets good amounts of sun through out the day and is also a very private space for those to prefer who sunbath away from the busy beaches.
The apartment entrance hall leads in to a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen and dining area, with a quality solid wood dining table for up to 7 people. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are situated on this floor, both with flat screen TVs and there is a modern, fully tiled shower room with WC on this floor.
An internal staircase takes you to the upper floor where you'll find a second fully tiled, modern shower room with WC and the lounge area, with large picture windows opening on to the terrace and beyond to the Old Town roof tops. The lounge has a flat screen Satellite TV with some freeview UK TV channels, a blueray DVD player and mini hi-fi system.
Passing through the lounge you reach bedroom 3 which in turn leads on to 20 sqm of sunny and private roof terrace with a dining table for up tp 7 people and plenty of space left over for a sunbather or two. A terrace of this size and quality in the Old Town is a rare gem! The terrace also has a large wooden parasol and everything needed to enjoy al fresco living throughout your stay. The terrace is the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch, cocktails or dinner, there are also loungers to relax in so that you can enjoy the sunshine or the shade during your stay.
Both shower rooms are modern and each has a shower cubicle, a WC and a handbasin.
The kitchen is well planned and has an electric hob, microwave, fridge with freezer box, dishwasher and washing machine plus everything you will need to conjure up delicious meals with all the mediterranean local fare.

When you stay here you will have cafes, restaurants and boutiques on your doorstep so you will truly be 'in amongst' the character and style of the Old Town, whilst also having your own comfortable oasis to easily retreat to.
The magnificent harbour and beach is just five minutes walk from the apartment and there are also several larger beaches a short stroll away. More than 100 excellent restaurants and cafes are also 'right on your doorstep' so that you can enjoy a great meal with a glass or two of wine and then meander home for a night cap on the beautiful terrace.

Wonderful charming apt. with lovely big roof terrace. Living in the middle of the old town with bakery & other food shops/shops right on your door-step was great. Loved to stay in this apt. Very easy & very cosy.

We enjoyed our family stay in the apartment, favourite area being the sunny rooftop! The position is extremely handy in the old town of antibes, we would highly recommend this to any family with children over the age of 5.
“A great place to stay which suited our family and our needs.”

We had a wonderful week in antibes. The appartement was perfect for our family of five, and the location in the old town was great. With restaurants, bakery, super markets etc. right outside the door,we could not really ask for more. It was also important to us to be able to walk to the beach in a few minutes.
And we had many lovely evenings on the roof top terrace!
It was also convenient that the bus- and train station was whitin walking distance for daytrips to other destinations on the Riviera.
To sum it up, we simply had a great week in antibes and in the appartement, free from any bad experiences.
“Excellent central location, very nice apartment with lovely, spa”

We were a party of 7 "ladies of a certain age" and we loved the apartment. The location was excellent and the terrace area was lovely for our relaxed al fresco dining and sipping of wine...!! The kitchen and dining area were very good and generally well equipped, but we were surprised not to find an oven. We managed quite well with the hob and microwave though. The stairs up to the apartment were a little bit challenging for those of us with "dodgy knees" but once up there, we were happy and would definitely stay again. It was our second visit to antibes, as we enjoyed ourselves so much the first time around. We love antibes for sightseeing, shopping, the daily market and the boulangeries selling a selection of gorgeous breads, pastries and cakes. There is an abundance of good restaurants, bars and coffee shops where we could relax and watch the world go by. There were very good transport links by train and bus, enabling us to easily fit in visits to Monaco, Ville Franche, Nice, Juan les Pins and Cannes during the few days we were there. The main downside was that the electricity failed a couple of times during our stay, which we found a little inconvenient. Wardrobe space was limited/non-existent in all but one of the bedrooms and the sitting room was quite small and not really adequate to accommodate all 7 of us at the same time. This didn't pose a major problem however, as we were happy to congregate around the kitchen table or on the more than adequate roof terrace.

We where 3 couples who had a great time in antibes. The house exceeded expectations. The house was equipped with everything we needed and the sun
terrace was superb.
the location was right in the middle where we wanted to be. From leaving the front door we where in a street with many restaurants and shops. It was short walk to the harbour beach bus and train stations.
Thought the French tried hard to spoil our stay with the French air traffic controllers going on strike, followed by the railway workers, despite this we where able
to travel to Cannes and Nice on their local busses for a
€ 1.00 euro each way.

The apartment is in a perfect position for exploring the old town of antibes, within walking distance of many restaurants and shops, and the markets. Everything is at hand.
The apartment itself is comfortable and well equipped. Being in the old town where streets are narrow and buildings are tall, there is not a great deal of natural light, but this made up for by the roof terrace, a lovely spot to sit in the sun.
For us it was worth the climb up the narrow stairs. But if this would be a problem remember there is no lift.
I would stay there again.

We (2 adults, 2 children) spent a week during a Spring vacation at this charming little apartment. It had plenty of room for all of us; certainly the large terrace at roof level was a big plus as was its central location (train station was a 15 minute walk). Handover to us went flawlessly; kitchen was well equipped; place was clean.Only potential downside - charm of old city is that you are also near your neighbors (so might be loud, it was ok during our stay).
“We loved our stay in antibes, and staying in this apartment was”

The apartment is wonderful as it is very personal. It really is like staying in a proper home. We loved the style, very homely, and the pictures on the walls. After lots of sightseeing, Nice and Monaco, it was great to sit on a sofa and watch a film. Great location, really easy walk to the beach. Sarah made all the planning easy, as she is very organised.
