Appartamento moderno in una villetta composta da sole 4 unità a schiera in posizione panoramica dominante la sottostante cittadina medioevale APECCHIO che si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 15' (a discesa, di più a salire).

In mezzo a tante villette immerse nel verde si trova la mia casa, palazzina di sole 4 unità, composta da:

- Ampia veranda coperta con tavolo e sedie per mangiare fuori;

- Cucinotto attrezzato con frigorifero (piccola cella frigo), punto cottura, mobili moderni;

- Ampia zona giorno con un grande divano angolare posto di fronte al camino da una parte e la TV dall'altra, al centro tavolo da pranzo;

- La zona notte comprende un piccolo disimpegno, bagno con vasca e sovrastante doccino, UNA CAMERA MATRIMONIALE con balcone che da sul giardino privato e UNA CAMERA a due letti con balcone sulla corte interna.

Il giardino, grande, con prato e fiori, è privato ma con passaggio alla mia vicina.

TV - LAVATRICE - ZANZARIERE

Per le auto abbiamo un grandissimo parcheggio proprio di fianco alla casa, oppure ho anche un garage chiuso che posso mettere a disposizione.

Il paese di APECCHIO è una bellissima cittadina medioevale di lunga storia situata nel cuore della Val Metauro, una delle valli più belle, con pareti per arrampicate, vallette laterali dove nidificano le aquile, città della Birra con 3 grandi birrifici artigianali e città del Tartufo assieme alla vicinissima Acqualagna. Ristoranti con grandi tradizioni, pizzerie, spettacoli e innumerevoli fiere si susseguono per tutta la lunga stagione estiva-autunnale

In inverno impianti sciistici sul vicino Monte NERONE.

NEL PERIODO FREDDO CON USO DEL RISCALDAMENTO VIENE APPLICATO UN SUPPLEMENTO DI EURO 9 AL GIORNO.
