Whether you're just passing through or staying the week we would like to share with visitors our beautiful home in the hope of making your visit to Arcos all the more pleasant. Our home is situated in the Casco Antiguo (Old Town) where we have a magnificent 360 degree view of the countryside and town below us. The view is breathtaking both day and night. With prices starting from just 50â‚Ź per night we can offer you a lovely double bedroom or a single room. Though we unfortunately cannot offer you an en-suite bathroom we do provide fluffy bathrobes and slippers during your stay. The house is newly renovated (including the bathroom which has a spacious walk-in shower). Breakfast will be served either on one of our terraces or even in our own naturally caved balcony which has that beautiful view to offer. Breakfast will be an array of breads, spreads, yoghurt, cereal, fresh seasonal fruit salad and of course tea, coffee and orange juice. Special dietary needs can also be catered for. There are parking spaces available free of charge within a five minute uphill walk from the property, in Barrio Bajo. There are a number of good restaurants and bars in the vicinity, as well as several supermarkets and corner shops. There are a multitude of beautiful and interesting places to visit, not too far from Arcos by car. Driving up into the mountains is a good day out. There are several little towns and villages to visit there, one of them being Ubrique, famous for its leather factories and outlet shops. Just twenty minutes down the motorway is Jerez, from where both flamenco and sherry originate. It also boasts the beautiful Spanish Riding School and is well worth a visit. A bit further afield you will find Gibraltar (which has an airport with good connections to several UK airports) and Cadiz, a historic port city with a lovely promenade and two beaches. There are many more beaches to choose from within driving distance of Arcos. And then there's Ronda of course with its old town. Last but not least we have the beautiful city of Seville, always well worth a visit. Arcos itself has many lovely little shops. If all that's not enough, there are a variety of fiestas and ferias on in Arcos and the surrounding towns most of the year.
Due to the location of and access to our property, as well as for reasons of safety, we are unable to accomodate children under the age of 14 and those with mobility problems. We are a non smoking household and we have two very friendly Labradors.TripAdvisor property ID 4646833...Read more
