Le gîte indépendant, Le Biscottage, est bien équipé et idéal pour un couple (peut-être avec un ou deux petits enfants) à la recherche de calme dans un village agréable avec une rivière à quelques pas. Un séjour au Biscottage (minimum 3 nuits) vous offrira tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour de détente et pour découvrir les grandes possibilités disponibles dans la Bourgogne historique. Une piscine hors sol chauffée est disponible en saison et un accueil chaleureux est garanti.

Malheureusement, les animaux domestiques ne sont pas autorisés sauf dans des circonstances exceptionnelles.

The self-contained gite, Le Biscottage, is well equipped and ideal for a couple (perhaps with one or two small children) looking for calm in a pleasant village with a river a few steps away. A stay in Le Biscottage (minimum 3 nights) will offer you everything you require for a relaxing stay and the opportunity to experience the great possibilities available in historic Burgundy. A heated above-ground swimming pool is available in the season and a warm welcome is guaranteed.

Unfortunately, domestic pets are not allowed except under exceptional circumstances.

We thoroughly enjoyed having your lively group here and especially the exchange of ideas and banter Steve had with Peter. It is true that it can sometimes be a little difficult sharing premises with strangers, and even more so when the owners are on site in the place they have spent years trying to create a homely and comfortable ambiance. It is also true that it can be problematic getting the balance right between being helpful and not being too intrusive. Clearly you feel that Steve failed in that direction, for which we apologise. Perhaps his chance discoveries of an unreported broken piece of crockery in the bin and of new coffee stains on the conservatory wall (reinforced by one of your party’s admission that she was accident prone) might have made him seem a little wary of what might occur next. This obviously conveyed itself as over-surveillance. Our position is that mishaps are an occupational hazard that can usually be resolved given good will and when a measure of responsibility is taken by the “mishapper”. Unreported mishaps, however, tend to leave us feeling rather uncomfortable. Anyway, all that done and said, we repeat how pleased we are that, overall, you enjoyed yourselves, and appreciate all the nice sentiments expressed in our visitors’ book by your group. They appear below: “Comfortable, clean, stylish accommodation. Terrific intellectual conversation. The ‘acid test’: would return to stay in a heartbeat.” “Very nice and felt welcomed.
