Sulle boscose colline che separano la valle della Chiana da quella dell'Arno, in posizione panoramica con superba vista su tutta la valle sottostante e sulla vicina città d'Arezzo, troviamo VILLINO ALBA. Intorno alla villa un ampio giardino, completamente recintato, attrezzato con gazebo e mobili da esterno, ed in posizione dominante rispetto alla casa si trovano una graziosa piscina (dim. 6 x 9 m. - profondità 1,20 m. - aperta dal 01 Maggio al 30 Settembre) ed una vasca idromassaggio (6 posti - A PAGAMENTO). Tutto intorno ci sono verdi boschi di conifere e quercia che, oltre a garantire un aria fresca e pulita, assicurano la massima privacy. Arredamento, finiture interne e dotazioni della villa. L'arredamento e le finiture interne sono d'ottimo livello e garantiscono un buon confort. A disposizione degli ospiti TV Satellitare (3), barbecue, palestra e giochi per bambini. Per le sue caratteristiche oggettive (ingressi indipendenti e tre cucine) questa proprietà è particolarmente indicata per ospitare più nuclei familiari che decidano di trascorrere insieme le loro vacanze, pur mantenendo ognuno la propria autonomia. All'arrivo tutti gli ospiti riceveranno un cesto di benvenuto con prodotti di prima necessità. Inoltre nel pieno rispetto dei regolamenti di risparmio energetico la casa è dotata di pannelli solari. Anche i vostri amici a quattro zampe di piccola taglia, qui saranno ben accetti.
